Morning!

DS still has a mild fever so is staying home today. I had a bad night with an upset tummy, I think I'm a bit rundown.

Wearing my TS tile Leighs (LOVE these trousers) with a white J Crew tee and navy Havs. Will probably have to change into shorts soon as it's going to be hot again today.

Yawn, the espresso I had this morning is not working.

shopafrolic · 27/06/2014 09:46

Oh Linus look after yourself. You need a weekend away :)
I'm sat in the doctors wearing my More Issues Than Vogue tee with Jimmies and camo espadrilles. Still adoring my AH maxi. The gladiator sandals have arrived and look ace. Will try later after my next hypnotherapy appointment.

QueenCadbury · 27/06/2014 10:04

Morning. I'm wearing rolled up jeans, navy broderie top, cobalt cardi and navy ballet flats. Am desperately pissed off with my hair and can't wait to get it cut on Tuesday. And don't even get me started on my eyebrows and eyelashes. Both are desperate for their waxing and tinting session tomorrow.

linus it's so easy to get rundown when the kids are ill isn't it.

Can't believe the mu is in just one week ( and thank goodness my hair/eyelashes/eyebrows coincided!!). Wonder what the weather will be like?

OneLittleLady · 27/06/2014 10:11

Morning all. I'm wearing a black linen mock wrap dress, black and white houndstooth pattern flats and a silver glitter hello kitty necklace. It's overcast and rainy here right now

AmberNectarine · 27/06/2014 10:30

I've just pinned the little Pippa in Lime blair, really love it. Had a grey one a while back but ebayed it for double the value after a certain someone carried it the day after the royal wedding. It was called the Bristol back then!

Am wearing a black and white striped top from whistles, a black asymmetric mini skirt I bought in TS yesterday and white Birkenstock Arizonas. Waiting in for a washing machine part to be delivered (the glamour) before we go and by DS some new shoes.

shopafrolic · 27/06/2014 10:45

New shoes!

Toodle Pip x

santamarianovella · 27/06/2014 11:55

They are fab shop, its great that your parents were pleased with you cleaning, their kitchen and boo ,shorts are soldout in my size, bargain Sad

linus you need some rest, hope ds is better,

decam great shopping,

I think I'm having a novice max mara moment, ignore the fact that its only June and eye watering price tag is it madness to really consider getting these beauties? I was so obsessed with them last winter, and stupidly ignored getting them while they were on sale,

santamarianovella · 27/06/2014 12:03

Ok,brief insanity is over,it is madness Grin, but I will pin it on my AW wish list in hope a Divine intervention happens and dh sees it,

BrandyAlexander · 27/06/2014 12:37

Very nice, Shop and also great to hear that your parents were positive about all the cleaning. Did they acknowledge they need help?

BrandyAlexander · 27/06/2014 12:39

Good grief Santa! That would beat my record for shoes/boots!

shopafrolic · 27/06/2014 12:45

I'm off to buy a lottery ticket for Santa
SoyYo YY to links
Novice we haven't had the big conversation yet. Just a brief chat last night on the phone. I'm off round there this afternoon but don't want to go too hard on them immediately. DM did say it was like a new kitchen so i think it has lifted her spirits so that's something I can work with to say "imagine what the rest of the house could be like". Fingers crossed.

SoyYo · 27/06/2014 12:57

Blair I am not that good with handbags, and Shock at the prices of some of them...yet that little beauty from Pippa is very, very tempting!
I have never felt tempted to copy others' purchases but this time I might just do so...

On the other hand, I think I need to get out more and stop all this overworking...shopping as displacement therapy maybe...Hmm
Sorry I cannot participate more actively in this thread...

MarshaBrady · 27/06/2014 13:12

Santa is that the first AW link I spy?! Love them, you have to get them Grin

OP posts:
SoyYo · 27/06/2014 13:13

Shop nice of you to reply when I am so unreliable about keeping up to date with the thread!
Phase Eight purchases
Coat I know wrong season, but keeping as really good quality and British summers never last. Unfortunately now sold out in small sizes.

And sweet white top it has a relaxed seventies vibe

I received a voucher to use on top of sale prices with above so now waiting for
smart casual dress
and
top
and
skirt as I don't own a black skirt and liked the vibe

Finally Clarks, because I take E fitting and cannot wear very high heels
work flats
tempted by these too for everyday and not too high/in E fitting
wedges

Decameron · 27/06/2014 13:15

Shop, cool sandals. Maybe your parents could have a cleaner, once a week even make a difference? My mother died a long time ago and that's one of the reasons I want to move home, my dad is still in his 60s and fine but want to be nearby when he is older.

I can't open your link, Santa, but usually love everything from Maxmara!

Comptoir said it is fine to repackage (and will be cheaper than returning their big box) so going to return the coat. I love everything else I got from their sale.

SoYo, please link your Phase 8 and Clarks bargains.

Linus, feel better soon.

I'm wearing my new Hush skirt. Bit chilly though.

Hope you all enjoy the m/u. DH is going to Ireland to look at a house tomorrow and I'm thinking of going next weekend to see it if we are still in the bidding.

Decameron · 27/06/2014 13:18

Opened your link in Firefox, Santa, amazing boots.

Great shopping, SoYo, you did well!

santamarianovella · 27/06/2014 13:22

Oh ,didnt see your bag blair ,its lovely Smile,

shop thank you , much appreciate it,but once its mine ,its mine I don't share Wink,

SoyYo · 27/06/2014 13:23

TY Decameron tbh keep returning lots too!! Difficult as things that looked fab on me a few years ago just don't do it anymore...

SoyYo · 27/06/2014 13:29

Oh and since everyone posts about what they are wearing...homeworking today (hence time to post) with Boden orange skinnies, boden old tshirt (dark blue) and (old) clarks wavewalk flipflops that have gold sequins on them.
Sequins clash really well with painted toenails and orange skinnies!Grin
OK back to the work TC's for rest of afternoon. Will keep eye on all your fab purchases x

shopafrolic · 27/06/2014 13:30

Screw you then Santa I'll keep it for myself (and won't buy you the boots if I win) Grin
SoYo what a great haul. Not my style but I can totally see them on others. Particularly love the white top.
Decam good news about the coat. Too cold for a skirt here today :(

santamarianovella · 27/06/2014 13:30

marsha ,I knew you would understand! Its either boots or coat for AW hmm tough decision Grin

decam good luck with the house,

LinusDKD · 27/06/2014 13:33

Those boots are so you santa!

Impressive shopping SoYo.

Lovely gladiators shop! And it's a good sign your DM appreciated you cleaning her house.

DS woke up with 39 degrees fever after his nap. Sad This has been going on since Tuesday, back to the paediatrician if he still has a fever on Monday.
