Chocolate cake to share afterwards in the gym cafe with Buck's Fizz 
DS has given me a pep talk. Apparently I need to have a carb load up the night before I don't do carbs....apart from the cake and eat Jelly babies throughout, drink energy drink and then have recovery, muscle repairing protein afterwards
.....NAAAAAAAA. I'm sticking with the original plan.
But....may fall asleep in hairdressers chair afterwards and wake up with a blue rinse
