Delurking to ask a quick q - anyone cancelled a Matches order before? I have just emailed them several hours after placing an order to cancel it. A Sophie Hulme bag in the sale which I then found cheaper at Cruise. Am just praying they haven't processed it already and credit card is in double pain! Any experiences?

Apologies ladies, I had a traumatic conversation with DSis this pm, must have affected my fashion thinking ......she suggested I take some "old,comfy shoes" in my hand bag to Ascot!.........my own flesh and blood! My fashion loving DSis ....

1. A preposterous suggestion
2. My clutch bag couldn't fit more than essentials, let alone a pair of shoes
3. I don't own "old comfy" shoes apart from trainers, walking boots and Wellies

Ok have ordered the Petty's and going well out of my comfort zone I have also decided to try these beauties. Heel is 8cm so hopefully I can cope with that.

dry my DH usually takes a pair of ballerina flats in his coatpockets for me. Well, he used to in the days we actually went out long enough for me to start complaining about my heels.

I am wearing one of my Splendid tube skirts from last summer with a J Crew tee and when DS saw me he asked me why I was still in my PJ's?

When I told him it was a skirt he touched the fabric and said 'no, pj's mama'.

Smythson sale is on, just had a quick browse and not v impressed! None of the yellow bags I liked are included.
