So,I've been reading good things about coconut water,and how it's good for energy levels, decided to give it a go this morning,I almost got sick in the street! Had to stop and lean myself on a lamp post,close my eyes and take deep breaths and wait for the nausea to ease 
it reminded me of my morning sickness days , no wonder models and celebs are addicted to it,you can eat like a horse and with one sip,get rid of it.
