Day 100

So what have you done and what are you planning to do?

I've started on the water. I had planned to weigh myself but forgot (great start) in addition to everything else on my list I'm going to paint my nails later.

Checking back in. I've body brushed, exfoliated, hair removed, hair oiled, let hair dry naturally, walked puppy twice, am on glass 4 ( or 5 have lost count slightly) of water. However, breakfast 1 was peanut butter on 1 slice of toast, breakfast 2 was an omelette with 3 rashers and more toast. Dinner is burgers and there will be wine while watching strictly, dr who and the x factor.

It will take a while before we're remembering everything and fitting it in naturally so don't be too hard on yourself on day 1

I've been to boots and bought some more products! soap and glory facial exfoliator (my hand made sugar scrub left my face feeling oily and I dont like it!) and garnier youthful radiance day cream and caffene eye roll on. I thought I'd just bite the bullett and get a anti wrincle cream, although this looks like a more gentil one.

I've just realised I actually havent drank anything today! I forgot to get my 2ltr bottle of water out when I said I would, so I failed on that one. Hoping to do my nails this evening when the girls have gone to bed.

Just checking in as have just seen the old thread.

Will do everything apart from: anti aging cream as I am only 21 so will use moisturiser instead, fizzy drinks as I have chronic fatigue and need some caffeine but will limit these to no more than 2 cans a day but as little as possible and any extreme exercise like the shred as my Physio has forbidden it. :( But I will be doing gym ball and contortion exercises. :)

I am about to get the epilator out, wish me luck!

Hallo , just found you and think this is what I need .

Already drink lots of tap water
Don't drink fizzy drinks
Already moisturise , hair removal and anti ageing

The rest , however is a challenge .

But I know I need to cut down on the vino and do some excercise .
So I'm planning on starting tomorrow .

Could someone explain about the hair oil please ?

Ouch Schrodinger ! What sort of exercises do you do with a gym ball? I hate aerobics classes and need variation :)

I avoided cake and had a reasonably healthy sandwich for lunch. I bought The Shred so feel like I'm part way there Grin

Doilook hair oil is great for taming curls, frizz etc :)

Thanks BookFairy . I have fine , straight hair , so probably won't use that , I will just remember to book a haircut , before it's too late !
Which is what I tend to do , to save a bit of money, always regret it and walk around with a too long fringe . Never a good look .

Just checking in. Glad to see everyone else is making a good start.

I am weighed and primped and tarted-up so far today. I haven't Shreded as I have been out all day but am planning to throw myself into it Monday.

I haven't started on the water either as I have been to somewhere that doesn't have good loo facilities Confused

But I am nearly there with my 5-a-day and no chocolate even though I was offered some chocolate with rasberry bits . I mean, how strong am I?

My leg is burning... Going to go old fashioned and blitz with a razor. :o

Book Ones my physio has shown me, they're all core strength ones. :) Very boring and slow but you can seriously feel the burn.

Wise move Schrodinger I used an epilator while at uni and oh my days it was so painful and sounded like a lawn mover! Oooh core strength. They talked about this in Pilates (I only went once as I couldn't bear lying on my side for an hour).

Sounds like everyone is going full steam ahead. I'm afraid to weigh and measure myself so I'm mighty impressed with those who have.

Laura you are the strongest of strong! Talk to me about Shredding. I bought it today (yay me!) but haven't unwrapped the plastic yet. I've suddenly gotten the fear!

SchrodingersMew · 15/09/2012 18:18

The exercises are really easy, one is lying on a bed with the gymball, sitting your legs on it and lifting your bum.

Epilator is hell and only removed the visible hairs so it's not smooth. :(

Shred is great, love it but not allowed to do it.

Ooh! Can I join? I am three months into a life changing plan for health reasons and I'm starting to flag a bit (the wine is SHOUTING at me from the cupboard under the stairs!). I've been shredding and low carbing but I've had a week off as I started work again this week.
I am also professionally ungroomed so maybe I could be a board project?

Hi everyone!

Just checking in, it's been a pretty good day! Nails done, body brushed, exfoliated, put on a face mask, moisturised everything, had a healthy breakfast and only 1 cup of tea so far!

Not so good is my lack of water consumption- only 3 glasses so far and the fact I forgot I was supposed to be giving up crisps and so guzzled some Doritos!

Have decided to start a blog about princessing, if anyone is interested PM me for address!

I did some stuff but not as much as I would have liked. Took vits, flaxseed oil for omegas, a little bit of water and used face cream and hand cream twice plus heelbalm stuff. Actually that isn't too bad a start really! Am about to watch the shred to see what I am letting myself in for tomorrow and tell myself that counts as exercise

Paintyourbox · 15/09/2012 20:48

Helga Oooh I love aero! I will happily polish off anything that's left to help you with your challenge. Grin

Is the shred really really bad...? Tell me the truth and I can save my money on amazon

Checking in again! I love this thread, thank you so much, I know its early days but I feel like me again. I guess that the princessing won't have much of an effect yet but a bloke actually attempted to chat me up in Sainsburys this afternoon. Its been ages since that happened. Was slightly chuffed even though I didn't fancy him. I guess I'm just feeling a lot more confident and therefore I look happier.

Can I ask about nails please? What are you using. Popped into B&M this evening and bought various Sally Hansen products. I have flaky weak nails that seem peel all the time. Any miracle cures?

Done fairly well in the list today, eating could have been better and I haven't done the shred but went for a two hour walk along the beach this evening so hopefully the damage won't be too bad. Also bought some new clothes in a size down as an incentive.

Paint The shred is hard work but the results are very rapid. I now need to do it for more than two days in a row to see the results!

Well I feel like a new woman already! Kind of stated last night buy brushing my teeth for the full timed 2 mins on the electric toothbrush thingy, followed by tooth whitening pen, cleansing and moisturising face, eye cream AND lash growing serum, filed my nails and applied hand cream. Continued well this morning with porridge and fruit for breakfast. Gone down hill from there with no lunch, no water and cocktails and burger for tea. Areas to work on are:
some serious hair removal I'mlikeayetti
Drinking water
Get some vitamins
I'm sure this has been covered before but how often and when should one body brush?

Hello! Checking in on new thread.
Did 5k this morning. Am doing RFL 5k next weekend and then 10k race at beginning of October.
Had big wardrobe clearout. Listed some stuff on ebay and have made a list of bits n bobs I need for Autumn
Have removed all make up and applied face cream.
Will shower after run in morning and then plan to sort nails.
Needs to focus on diet and water intake.

Misssss I have used pretty much the same nail products for years. Currently it's Rimmel 5 in 1 nail care which acts as a base coat, top coat and treatment, a glass nail file (doesn't drag as much as an emery board and very hard wearing) and various colours of polish (Nails Inc, Barry M or Rimmel- I must say I find Rimmel most hard wearing!)

I have pretty good hands really, people often compliment me on them. I put it down to always wearing rubber gloves when cleaning and to having hand cream by each sink in the house- acts as a mental reminder to use it!

Just had the water and lemon was a bit Hmm but actually liked it and I feel healthy doing it.

Vits taken

Water intake started

Nails aren't a problem for me on a daily basis as I get shellac - highly recommend it, the lady I go to charges £10 for a file and polish (I soak them myself) and it only needs doing twice a month.
