Day 100

So what have you done and what are you planning to do?

I've started on the water. I had planned to weigh myself but forgot (great start) in addition to everything else on my list I'm going to paint my nails later.

Welcome issimma congrats on your pregnancy and good luck!

Tak1ng don't worry- I found the first day really hard. I think until I start seeing results it will be tough and some days I hardly manage to get dressed

Laura I sent a PM about the blog!

My princessing may have to grind to a halt tonight as I moved the new red rug on our cream living room carpet and discovered that the carpet is now pink!! bet Kate Middleton doesn't ever have to get the carpet shampoo out!

Laura thank you for asking. I'm fine. Car is drivable but not pretty.

On top of the car crash I found out for definite today that by the end of October I have to find a house in Sussex to rent, pack up our house near the Lakes, move, find schools and unpack. Oh joy!

Ok dear, really not doing well so far! Big bag of malteasers eaten over course of the day Blush Tomorrow is another day and I WILL do everything. I just need a kick up the big, fat, wobbly bum!

I have noticed that I've got £55 of points on my boots card so think I might treat myself to a few little bits. Any recommendations?

Well done to everyone that's doing better then me so far!

Having a decent day. I've managed 3 meals with no snacks (yet). Had to have a second shower due to getting drenched giving a very muddy smelly puppy a bath.

Had a healthy spicy chicken stew for dinner with loads of peppers, okra and spinach. I halved my portion of rice and filled my plate with salad. According to my fitness pal I've still got 500 calories to spend but I don't want to eat anything else so late.

Not a bad day here, managed to drink lots of water, I didn't actually keep a count but find the more I drink the more I need it Wink. Very interested to read that about the fizzy water greensmooth worryingly I've been drinking loads of it! So must try to stick to the tap filtered water. Not started on the vits offically yet, just taking a daily berocca but need to hoke out and check the date on the pregnacare up in the cupboard.
I'm very impressed by all the exercise going on, would love to give the Shred a go but I have several unused exercise DVDs. I'm not really looking to loose weight, just tone up, is it more for hard core weight loss?
Also since I've been 'taking my face off' every night I find I'm sleeping better, is that just me? Loving how good I'm feeling about myself already Smile

Paint please can I have the link to your blog?

Still keeping up with the princessing here. Had vitamins, actually ate breakfast, salad for lunch, lemon water first thing, cleansed, toned and moisturised and applied makeup before leaving the house!

Still can't face the shred! I'm scared. I went to Zumba this evening so that should be ok. I also taught my year threes basketball for an hour this afternoon and did lots of running around and showyoffy jumping to shoot! Failed a little on the no carbs front and mate cooked rice for tea. Although I only had a small bowl full, not the mountain I would normally eat.

oops I know what you mean, I think the process of taking the slap off is quite relaxing. I'm a slattern and normally fall into bed with a face full of slap daily. Its nice to have clean skin in bed. I def do sleep better.

Good morning!

I didn't do my feet last night, so cross at myself. Will do today- they need so much work I can't believe I'm still neglecting them.

This is going to sound silly as it's only day 4 but I woke up this m

Anyway I woke up this morning and felt so much more serene than usual (even though it was bloody 4.30am with DS2). Feeling loads better already!

I'm here! Was away for the weekend (thus making the most of eating all the wrong things...) and only got back last night. So far, I have:

showered, exfoliated and slathered on body cream
washed hair and put on hair mask
had hot water & lemon
tackled my feet with the foot file thingy
taken my vitamins (a multivitamin, an omega fish oil & a co-enzyme Q-10)
given myself a mini-manicure
done my usual skincare routine
applied eyelash growth serum
had a healthy breakfast

I have The Shred (or The Dread, as I have come to call it) sitting unopened in its wrapper, but will do that later today for the first time. Eek! Will report back if am not in too much agony to type. Am quite scared as am so unfit I am actually quite worried I might just collapse and have to be stretchered out of the room. Am hoping it delivers the results everyone says it does.

Today's remaining challenges are (i) eat healthy lunch and dinner (ii) use handcream and lip balm several times while I'm sitting at my desk and (iii) drink my eight glasses of water.

Good luck today, everyone!

Morning :-)

I did my feet last night - well, I painted my toe nails. I have Yoga today so I felt it was necessary!

I have my shower in the evening so I did everything last night before my early night (!) I can't face the Shred today as I have a busy day and night class (including a walk instead of bus from the station) but I will definitely do it tomorrow.

lurking I feel it in my legs more than anything!

I'm just out of the dentist. I had a scale and polish. That always makes me feel good. What's not so good is that I need a tooth out because it was damaged during a wisdom tooth extraction in May and stupid me left it so it's now worn right down to the nerve. I jumped a foot in the air when the dentist probed it.

Started off well, exfoliate, moisturised, vitamins etc. things went to pot a bit after that.. Going onto my fitness pal again, which will hopefully inspire me to do the rest as well.

Bad day for the diet yesterday though.

I'm doing well, remembering the vitamins and am forcing myself to drink a glass of water in work every time I go into the kitchen to make a cup of tea. I'm back on the exfoliating. I've developed an awful rash on the inside of my legs, I think it's from using baby oil, I seem to remember the same thing happening once before. So I'm going to take a day or two off from moisturising and switch to a different cream when I start again.

My hair looks AMAZING. I'd like to think it's down to the hair oil but I've recently bought a new hairdryer (ummed and ahhhed over GHD or Parlux and went for the Parlux in the end) and it's brilliant, I haven't had to use straightners since buying it so my hair's in great condition and looks like it's had a salon blow dry every time I wash it.

My crest whitening strips which I bought off e-bay STILL haven't arrived, despite the seller insisting he's now sent two lots out by recorded delivery Hmm. I think I'm going to lodge a report with PayPal and order some more off someone else if they don't turn up in the next day or two.

Gym tonight. I'll see what classes are on and if there's nothing I fancy then I'll do my ususal - 15 minutes bike, 15 minutes x-trainer, 15 minutes step machine, 1500m rowing machine, a circuit of the weights and then 10 minutes cooldown walk on the treadmill.

Oh and I've discovered that I love tangy crunchy apples, the kind that are really noisy to eat, I can't get enough of them - I'm sure my colleagues are thrilled! Grin

I salute you all. After flicking onto this I started trying to drink two litres of water a day. I keep matching every hot drink with and hot water, and I'm still barely making a litre. You have also reminded me of the vitamins sitting in my cupboard.

I think I shall go for the 465 day challenge.

Okay I'm not such a princess today. Woke up late and then had to mop up a wet puddle courtesy of my little girl.

Think I need one of those fancy vitamin drip things like the 'slebs have lol!
