My name is Season and I'm a sizzler. I'm on my second diy course of Glycolic Acid 30%.

Sign in here if you're using GA, SA, LA, or MA, or indeed some new hardcore A with a mellow melt and searing sizzle.

I have the 50% after finishing the 30. I also have the GA night cream. Does anyone know if you can use them together, or do you have to finish the course of 6 before using the night cream?

notyummy bravura told me you can use them during the same period but not on the same day

back2 i have the hyaluronic serum - i really like it, it feels like you're giving your skin a drink when you put it on but not totes sure if it actually does anything! i've seen so much improvement in my skin but changed so many things that it's hard to be sure which are working the magic!

I'm on peel 2, course 3 GA 30% tonight. i've also been using the GA 15% night cream.

i think my skin is the best it's looked in about ten years - have noticed a real improvement again over the last week and i think that has to be the night cream or just a combo of it all working together keeps lucky knickers on too

My 30& ga came today. It says to use almond oil or similar but not your normal night cream.
I don't have almond oil but have rosehip oil.....???? If not what do i put on my face tonight before bed as its a bit dry without anything.

Rosehip oil would be fine, basically you want something simple to moisturise with.

3rd sizzle done with 10% SA. I am so impressed with how much my open pores have shrunk. It will be interesting to see what happens with my skin after this peel as I got a hormonal outbreak of spots this week.

One thing I am really liking about the peel is how it makes blackheads come right up to the surface. I am picking them off one by one with my extractor tool.

Once I've finished this course I am seriously considering getting a stronger course for my back, but I'm undecided between SA and GA. If you have to leave a month between courses, doing my back and shoulder while my face is resting and vice versa should be quite doable.

My 30% GA has just arrived...am very excited! Slightly at paying 1.90 for a little tub of bicarb mind!! Hope this works!

mine just arrived too today after a delay. i got the 30 and the 50%. i have awful wrinkles round my eyes and on forehead and im only 30 so im hoping this will make some kind of a difference, i don't know what else to do about them i can't afford botox!!

i have coconut oil i hope that is ok for me to use afterwards.

I go for monthly professional peels I LOOOOVVEE them, does anyone else do the salycilic peel? I've been advised to do these at least a month apart. Good stuff though and the lady who does them is lovely :) burns my face for me hehe.

i done a course of the GA30% back on the first thread but went on holiday so stoped using it for a while so my skin didnt burn off but just wondering if im right in saying (cant remember from back then) that once ur little tin of powder stuff is finished u can just use normal bicard soda?

I'm back on the wagon with my sizzling - 30% GA doing five mins at a time this time. AND I will remember to do it regularly!

I bought the 50% GA, did one peel about a month ago, keep forgetting to do it.....stung more than the 30% but I have to say, face looked the same afterwards!

Must persevere.....

I really liked the results last time with my 30% GA I just didn't keep it up. Definitely going to this time. I did a peel last night and one this morning too, and I'll do it every five days from now - will possibly move on to 50% GA when this stuff runs out.

I'm doing it in the bath/shower so it doesn't matter when I get the bicarb in my hair which is inevitable for me and is probably what made it a bit of a hassle last time...
