TOP TIP for others - do not throw it into your eye ..it fucking stings!

It also stings to fuckery if you slap it on after using the big monster dermaroller. I wanted to rip my head off it was so sore.

You are obviously advised to pretreat with Vit C for a reason!

Hyaluronic cid ( not sure if I've spelt correctly, hence abbreviation to HLA) Pads with HLA on an electric impules to make it penetrate skin better. Gullible, me .

Missfoodie - the 0.3mm titanium Medik8 and a 2mm surgical steel one which I purchased through owndoc.com
Owndoc have done loads of research on dermarollers and seem to have the best prices.

and you use the 2mm on your face or body?

My DH has just had 'a go' at the 50% GA. You may recall he also had a go at the SA. Nothing is sacred in this house.

I use the 2mm on my face. Usually only after a spot of EMLA to numb because it fecking hurts. They are generally recommended for professional use only but it's very difficult to mess your face up if you follow the instructions.
Never used them on my body at all.

Excuse my crashing the thread, but why is one not allowed to use a dermaroller when bfing? I mean a weedy one that doesn't draw blood?

Also, there was some talk upthread about stubborn hyperpigmentation - I've had great results doing a yoghurt facial - got the recipe from makeupalley, if anyone's interested.

Did 1st 30% GA sizzle today (previously 10% SA)
left on for 6 mins, did not feel hot or sting, stung a little when I put bicarb on, face looks no different.....
did everyone see an immediate difference? or was it day after????

I've just done my 4th sizzle today (30% GA). My skin feels smoother to touch, but I can see no visible difference in lines sadly.

no, sorry, I would stop using any acid or creams containing it, and see if it goes away, if it hasn't in a week you might need to see a dermatologist. Also use high spf...

i had frosting when i used SA but only on nose, it was basically dead skin which then peeled off.....
hopefully this is all it is, but weird that you have so much and all over your face????
