Hi,

I'm getting married in less than two weeks time :D to my lovely gorgeous fiancé.

It's the 2nd time for both of us and we are having a registry office service and then onto a friends gastro pub for the do.

I really struggled with what to wear and ended up getting a candy Anthony 1950s dress. Now it's made, I really don't like it, well actually I just think its wrong, and I think it's going to make me look like a cute little girl, and I want to look like a stylish woman.
I'm only 5ft tall, but I'm 37. My fiancé will look gorgeous in a suit from Richard James he had made.
I didn't sleep at all last night looking at off the peg options. But I'm so confused. I've gorgeous bright blue louboutin shoes so needs to go with them. And I guess can't be long as no time for any alterations.

Zthank you so much, please help me x x

Great news Karbea, glad you have something you're happy in, the Issa dress is much more elegant IMO - I love it!

Hair - do you want it up or down? Assume it's quite long?

I prefer the Issa dress. The 50's style petticoat dresses are an acquired tasted, and not my cup of tea. I do think they look quite "little girlie". The Issa dress is much more elegant. And why should you have to justify how you spend your money?

I think the 50s style petticoat dresses are lovely if you have that sort of vintage 'look' some people have. The Issa dress looks much more up the op's street to me, and also a bit more laid-back (in the best possible way!)

I think you will look divine and I love the new hairstyle links which will compliment it perfectly.

I think a low chignon would look great, a friend of mine got married recently and had a diamond hair piece in her chignon and she looked very glamourous.

I think you should find a store near around you who have collection of wedding attires , I think wedding designers can help you in this case. Try to find some good seamstress who can really help you out. Just be relax and find some wedding seamstress designer. Best of luck and hope you look best .
