I thought it was a blackhead but it was...

I've just found this little corner of disgusting heaven and it reminded me of this...
About ten years ago my mum was itching her lower stomach and asked if I would have a look to see if there were any spots/rashes. I had a look and there was a black dot that looked just like a blackhead so I started squeezing it for her as she couldn't see it herself. It wasn't coming out so I was fiddling about and it came out a bit, it looked odd so I pulled it. It kept coming and coming and coming... it was a long black thread She looked shocked and said "My last operation there was 20 years ago" She'd always had a bit of soreness there but didn't think much of it.. It looked as good as new when I pulled it out
It was a very sporny moment. Has anyone else pulled anything unexpected out of anywhere?

OK, so this bit of gut has been preserved then cut open so we could see the abcess. Smaller bits of it have been cut v v thinly and stained so we can see if there is any damage to the gut. The bull was unwell but no one knew why, we don't know yet what caused the abcess.

Wow, that is brilliantly gross. Poor bull, is he better now?

I'd had what I thought was a raised mole on my back for ages but couldn't check because well I can't see my back. BF yesterday noticed it and it turned out it was a pretty epic blackhead. Gave it a squeeze and oh my god it was amazing. So jealous that he got to do it and not me.

I also have quite greasy skin and large pores so around my nose gets really congested. All I have to do is scrape with my fingernails around my nostrils and the best cheesy gunk comes out. I love it...

I've just spent ten minutes squeezing the black stuff that has built up in my ear piercings and was thinking of you lot, excellent thread.

I bought one of those blackhead remover things with the loop at the end of a metal stick from primark. Oh GOD I love finding a blocked pore so I can whip that bad boy out

Thattwat god you'd love one of those sticks I just mentioned. I ran mine over my nose when I first got it and all the stuff that came out was GLORIOUS. Hasn't been as congested since though

I have an amazing spot on my back that fills up and needs squeezing everybody often. So gutted that I don't get to attack it. Thankfully I have a lovely ex who squeezes it for me and provides a running commentary.

When I was about 10 I was playing rounders with friends and got whacked in the shin with a bat when the batter threw it down. Had a little cut there where the skin split and it hurt/bruises like buggery. Anyway the cut took ages to heal as it was right on the bone. A week or so later something was sticking g out out the cut and I pulled out a shard of bone. My mum nearly vomited/fainted when I showed her. Still have a little scar and dent there. 😊

Oo that reminds me, by ex had a blackhead right out his spine that was the gift that kept on giving. Would attack it every few months of so, and it was great! 😂

Many years ago I had a boyfriend who got epic blackheads on his back and under his armpits. They were great, and gave up decent quantities of hard stuff. But what was so special about them was that no matter how gently one squeezed them they would disgorge their contents and then very suddenly pop inside out. And the inside-out blackheads weren't just like little skin-tags, they had a sort of fatty contents and an odd shape so they looked like teeny tiny penises.

It was huge fun dealing with them. I would imagine he's bristling with those little penises by now.

They were the best thing about him. What WAS I thinking?

I have a habit of playing with/touching my ears, and one day I could feel a lump inside one of the folds of my outer ear. No amount of pulling or funny angled mirrors would let me see it. I scratched and I poked and it kept coming back. So one day I asked my OP to have a look. He said it looked like a scab. So he got one of those hair grips and poked it in there and pushed really hard on my ear (with the loopy gap bit at the end over the top of the little lump) and we both heard this really satisfying skin-breaking noise and SO MUCH STUFF CAME OUT. Worlds tiniest lump in a non-fatty-non-anything spot and thick, solid yellow and grey just came right out.

Sadly it has not returned.

OH and I do not speak of the event.

These all sound great! My DP had been told the random lumps round his head and neck were fatty deposits. Up the the size of a sprout. Sometimes they came to a head and then OH. MY. GOD an entire evening of squeezing out lumpy cheesy smelly stuff. Like spoonfuls of it, then a hot flannel and go again the next night. Just so good.

Anyway he got really healthy, no more grew and the ones he has never come to a head.

BUT then an gp appointment for something else they said they were cysts of some kind AND there's a gp at the practise who can slice them off.

Guess who gets to go to drive him home. I cannot wait.

When DD was younger she complained about a spot on her arm, I investigated and it wasn't a spot but didn't know what it was.
She eventually agreed to let me poke and a piece of hard plastic popped out.
DH has a fatty cyst on his head. It used to had loads of giant blackheads on it. I spent many a happy hour squeezing them out.
Now they have disappeared .

ExH once had a large blackhead on his groin that he struggled to squeeze, so he asked me to do the honours. It was a producer and stank like fuck, but very pleasing.

He also had a recurring lump at the side of his nose that he would squeeze on a monthly basis whilst looking in the mirror. Once I got wind of it I'd be there at his side gazing in the mirror with wonder egging him on while he complained he couldn't see anything for my head in his way Pus tastic!

I miss that lump, the recurring one 😂

I had a hard lump under my armpit for absolutely ages. After a few sessions of squeezing it it eventually popped and the amount of stuff that came out of it was incredible. Like a never ending silly string of blackhead style pus. And it stank. A few weeks later I popped one that behaved very similarly on my sister's back. She didn't like my comments about the smell though and made me stop. Spoil sport.

I stood on some glass about 12 years ago when I was working in a bar. I've had what looks a bit like a spot on the bottom of my big toe ever since, and occasionally I pick at it but nothing ever comes of it. It's quite hard, and hurts a bit if I push on it. After reading this thread I am now thinking that maybe if I really dig at it then a piece of glass may come out. I'm quite excited by this notion!

Oh I've been watching videos on YouTube on draining a ganglion, check those out! I've got one on my foot but don't think my needle is big enough, I can puncture it but no goo yet
