I've just found this little corner of disgusting heaven and it reminded me of this...
About ten years ago my mum was itching her lower stomach and asked if I would have a look to see if there were any spots/rashes. I had a look and there was a black dot that looked just like a blackhead so I started squeezing it for her as she couldn't see it herself. It wasn't coming out so I was fiddling about and it came out a bit, it looked odd so I pulled it. It kept coming and coming and coming... it was a long black thread She looked shocked and said "My last operation there was 20 years ago" She'd always had a bit of soreness there but didn't think much of it.. It looked as good as new when I pulled it out
It was a very sporny moment. Has anyone else pulled anything unexpected out of anywhere?

I'm a proper sporner but a total lurker but this thread made me want to delurk to share.
Years ago husband was complaining of a sore big toe and when I looked at the underneath of it, it was a mass of green pus. He's a wimp so wouldn't let me touch it at first so I persuaded him to soak it to soften the skin and the I squeezed and a load of pus came out followed by a thin piece of metal. It was amazing! And I still remember it fondly☺

A few months ago I was lying on the bed itching my c section scar when I felt a little lump in it so I gave it a good squeeze and lumps of hard white stuff came out it. I managed to get some more out of it a week later too so there is hope that it'll refill again one day!

I was hit by a car over 10 years ago and was in a bit of a state.

Every so often I will develop a sore lump, last one on my elbow, and when prodded a shard of glass comes out. Makes me feel queasy but happy .

Rabid that's beautiful. I don't want to be hot by a car but these things never happen to me.
I don't know about the rest of you but spots etc never last long on me so don't have the time to build into something much more beautiful...

I had a spot on my shin once which I picked at...I noticed a tiny hair so got the tweezers out, and pulled out a hair about 3 inches long. I still remember the feeling of it being pulled deep within my leg
My best one was feeling a lump under my skin on my inside upper arm..bigger than a pea. I was worried for a bit, but one day on holiday I squeezed it and a sold round lump of gunk just popped right out! It was amazing, and I'm still sorry I didn't film it lol.

I had a pain in the ball of my foot. I had a good look (I was more flexible back then!) and saw what looked like an eyelash. I grabbed my tweezers and pulled. Out came a tiny feather! It must have come from one of my cushions.

Those of you that have DPs that let you dig at them are so lucky! I hope my future DP will let me.

DH slid down a hill, face first, off his bike aged 13. Completely smashed his nose, and 30 years on he still occasionally will get a pain in his nose, then eventually a head will come up and a small bit of bone is ejected

My DSis once had a painful swelling under her toe, but it looked only slightly red. Our DM made her bathe her foot in hot soapy water and then she had a look and a slight squeeze:
A piece of plastic about 1 cm x 1,5 cm like the corner of a box for a deck of cards came out of her toe together with something liquid and green
Can't remember the smell, though.

I once had a lump on my boob which was red and hot , I squeezed it and it kept leaking nothing much else but just seemed to grow , went drs and it turned out it was a feather embedded ( they think from my bedding)

I found one of those giant blackheads on DH last week. He'd just come downstairs to get me to check if he'd missed any whilst shaving and I spotted it. God I wish I'd filmed it- it was so wonderful and hard what came out of it. Properly made my day/week/year. In the same day I also said he had a spot on his cheek- was a huge long cheek hair that had grown the wrong way! Made me want to marry him and have his babies all over again haha!

A pony stood on my toe years ago. My big toe. Nail went black and I kept picking at it. Eventually got to the nail bed and it was a bit ouchy. Carried on picking and eventually popped the nail and a fuckton of green pus game out. And kept coming.

I occasionally have a pick around my c section scar. Had staples 12 years ago with dd and a couple went a bit iffy. Was worth the pain for the gunk that comes out of the holes.

Probably should name change for this nut here goes. Years ago I have a massive spot/boil on my back that left a hole. The hole fills up every so often. Every so often DH will ask if I want my back checking. It makes me so happy

I've got a funny cyst too behind my ear. I found out about it when I gave birth for the first time and it really swelled up. Now it's good for a squeeze about every month. Wish it was more often.

I am so envious!

When we were young travellers on our gap yah, dh had about 50 massive verrucas on one foot. I used to cut them out with his Swiss Army Knife.

It didn't get rid of them, but it was immensely satisfying.

They all disappeared of their own volition about 6 months later.

Not very sporny, but my niece, like many young girls had quite furry arms-all blond fluff. But I noticed a thicker dark hair, so I gave it a tug and it kept coming. Really black, thick, straight and about 3inches long. Fuck knows where it was hiding in her little stick arm.

I was struggling with a dodgy toe like posters above and my dad basically held me down and squeezed it.... a needle popped out!

I had a really sore eye once, went from fine to red and swollen in about an hour. Had a look in the mirror and kept pulling at the eyelid to see if I had anything in there, felt a bit of a bump and pushed it up and an enormous hard white lump popped out. No idea what it was.

God, save me sporners! I'm on a residential trip and our driver has got clusters of pores of wiener all over his face. I'm sitting on my hands.

In the spirit of this thread, or not, quite depending how you look at it:-
I had an operation for a deviated septum many years ago. I was given no aftercare instructions (in fact I ended back up in hospital on a drip due to an infection), but anyhoo...

Some time after the operation, I noticed a 'thread' hanging in one of my nostrils. I decided to have a pull at it. It kept going, but having committed, I kept going too, stupidly thinking it must come to an end soon... How wrong was I.
When I got to the end, it was at least eight inches long! I think it explains why the operation wasn't a total success.

DH has a lovely blackhead on his nose right now, it stares at me.

A dog bit me once and my wrist around the bite swelled up and went a bit numb.

DH had a look at it after a few days and said that's not right, gave it a squeeze and a huge perfectly formed, solid ball of pus popped out along with a couple of smaller ones. Bunged some antiseptic cream in the gaping wound and (luckily) it just healed up.

We still talk about it 15 years later. I wish it had been in the days of camera phones.
