This thread is for the Mumsnetters who attended one of the exclusive MN screenings of Despicable Me 2 with their little minions DCs on Sunday 16th June. We hope you all had a fab time and enjoyed the film!

We really hope you and your DCs enjoyed the preview screening.
Below are a few questions for you to answer but please do add any other comments you may have.
We'd also love it if you could upload some pictures of your day to this thread.

• Please give a brief, one sentence review of the film

• Out of 5, how many stars would you give the film? How many would your DC give it? (5 is highest and 1 is lowest)

• What was your/your DC's favourite part of the film? Who is their favourite character and why?

• What did your DCs love best about the day?

• What was your overall experience of the screening?

• If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Despicable Me 2 to friends and family? Why?

I can't print my tickets

I have logged in at the library as our printer is buggered and it's now saying it's an invalid ticket code, though it worked OK last night and the tickets were there?
There is no help or anything on the showfilm website eitehr, which is pretty poor.
If it's a case of I should have printed them immediately I logged in or lose them I will be pretty gutted, not to mention a little pissed off.

Oh no have you emailed mnhq? I hope they can sort it. Do you have rhe confirmation email as thar had the ticket on it and if you print that it is the same, i have printed that and the tickets and they are both the same.

I mean the confirmation email from showfilms that you got when you first logged in to claim.

Have you logged in and gone to your tickets? Mine was a bit funny this morning but got there in the end.

Well i will have three boys and will probably have a boden backpack, its blue wuth red stars. I am a short arse, only 5 2 and the madboys are all blondish with blue eyes. If you want i can pm you names so if you hear a mum saying those names you know its me!

Lacka don't enter the code on the first page.

Log in and then click on tickets - when I put the code on in it says invalid code.

But when I go to tickets it's there.

Yes dont use the link just go to showfilm online and login and then go to mytickets, we had to do that.

Thanks 5 I reported it as well, but I'll send an email to Helen as belt and braces, though she may not be working today. I've also emailed Show Film First as well.

Yes, I've printed off the confirmation email so have the ticket ID and that it is to admit 4.

I must admit it isn't a very friendly website!

The confirmation email is pretty much identical to the ticket except the ticket has a despicable me2 picture on it as well. But the code and all the other details are identical.

There is a despicable Me picture on the email, but it hasn't printed properlly (just a wee red cross) because of the library's security systems I assume.

It's occured to me that the tickets on the website are time limited to stop people printing multiple copies, but I assummed that as I hadn't actually printed anything they would be there for me to print off today. I hope the email is sufficient otherwise there will be 4 very upset Daisies on the doorstep of The Printworks tomorrow

I think if you have the print out you'll be fine.

lack the only difference is that instead of the red cross you get the picture, its identical otherwise! So hopefully you will be ok with that?

My backpack is red with blue stars... Not the other way round. Was just tipping assorted crap out of it in preparation for tomorrow!

I think it will only let you print it once so you coukdnt get multiple copies. And it has a name and code on it individual to you.

I think your print out of the email should be fine but hopefully mnhq will let you know.

Have you tried logging in without following the link?

The tickets were there all along! The little box for the code that automatically came up is a pretty poorly placed red herring. I just tried again, ignored that box and clicked on log-in/edit details again and lo, it was all there

Pretty crap user interface will be my first review to add here
