NOW CLOSED

It’s inevitable that clothes sometimes end up dirty and stained, and though you may have handy tips and tricks for removing stains, there might be some that fill you with dread. Fairy Non Bio would like to hear about the stains that you’re most scared of.

Here’s what Fairy Non Bio has to say: “We never want people to be afraid of wearing the clothes they love in case it gets stained. It’s our job to help. We want to know what are the really devilish stains that never seem to budge”.

Do you struggle with mud stains? Maybe your child wiping their hands down their clothes after eating greasy food fill you with dread? Perhaps baby poo stains are your nemesis? Or maybe it’s a spilt glass of wine that you worried may never come out?

Whatever the stains you’re most scared of, share them below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 voucher for a store of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

Red wine is my nightmare stain, it's so difficult to get it all off the carpets and clothes

jelleng · 09/07/2018 10:00

The best tip for a cosy night in is to let the children stay ay grandma's!

Dormouse1940 · 09/07/2018 10:15

I don't tend to panic much about stains as I can usually shift them without much bother but OIL/GREASE stains are the ones I dread coz they seem to doom my clothes :(

mamof3boys · 09/07/2018 10:31

Anything tomato based. I can never get it out of clothes!!

Ranita · 09/07/2018 10:32

Blood. My little one suffers with nose bleeds and I never know the best way to deal with blood stains.

glenka · 09/07/2018 10:35

sheilads105 · 09/07/2018 10:38

Grass - especially in summer after the kids have been running wild in the park.

gd2011 · 09/07/2018 10:48

KAKADU2001 · 09/07/2018 10:53

To be honest none. If a stain can't be remoed from a clothes or furniture item then it's not exactly the end of the world. Life moves on.

KentUnicorn · 09/07/2018 10:55

I've never been sure what I'd do if I spilt olive oil...that would be a nightmare. Or beetroot is always a tough one.

meepmoop79 · 09/07/2018 10:57

Not scared, but I've not been successful in removing some antiperspirant, blood and permanent ink stains.

hiddenmichelle · 09/07/2018 10:57

butter grease stains!

Bluearmy351 · 09/07/2018 11:00

My youngest who is 4 nearly 5 comes back from school and you can barely tell he has a white shirt on. The worst of all is felt tip pens, you would think they may wear aprons of such kind when painting but alas.

footdust · 09/07/2018 11:01

Any kind of tomato based sauce, tomato soup, pizza topping, etc. A nightmare to get out
