Which stains do you worry about most? Find out what Mumsnet users told Fairy Non Bio

NOW CLOSED

It’s inevitable that clothes sometimes end up dirty and stained, and though you may have handy tips and tricks for removing stains, there might be some that fill you with dread. Fairy Non Bio would like to hear about the stains that you’re most scared of.

Here’s what Fairy Non Bio has to say: “We never want people to be afraid of wearing the clothes they love in case it gets stained. It’s our job to help. We want to know what are the really devilish stains that never seem to budge”.

Do you struggle with mud stains? Maybe your child wiping their hands down their clothes after eating greasy food fill you with dread? Perhaps baby poo stains are your nemesis? Or maybe it’s a spilt glass of wine that you worried may never come out?

Whatever the stains you’re most scared of, share them below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 voucher for a store of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

I currently have strawberry stains on my white trousers, thanks to my one year old. Nothing is moving the stain, so I'm going to have to bleach them!

Cherries. I put them in my DCs packed lunch boxes, and the youngest leaves 10 red fingerprints on his white polo shirt. Every. Single. Time.

My daughters socks. Grass stains, mud stains are so hard to get out.

Blood is another when they hurt themselves it’s so hard to get rid off.

I dread red stains, they seem the hardest to get out and I pretty much accept that the item of clothing is ruined when I see it happen (though I do try to save it)

I’m not ‘scared’ 😉 but I really hate hot chotoclate stains, especially on white pj’s of and sun cream on white tops... I can never get either out!

I have two that I absolutely dread! The first is whiteboard pen from school! My daughter's class sit with their whiteboards on their knees and inevitable white polo shirts (winter) and summer dresses (summer) are ruined by streaks and dots of black pen!

The other is the grass and mud stain that gets into the knees of all my sons trousers!

I'm fine with all the red stains, strawberries, tomatoes etc as I find the sun removes those when I line dry.

Tomato and poo stains are a pain, but after a few washes, they tend to come out. Paint, on the other hand, never seems to shift! Grrrrr.
