NOW CLOSED

It’s inevitable that clothes sometimes end up dirty and stained, and though you may have handy tips and tricks for removing stains, there might be some that fill you with dread. Fairy Non Bio would like to hear about the stains that you’re most scared of.

Here’s what Fairy Non Bio has to say: “We never want people to be afraid of wearing the clothes they love in case it gets stained. It’s our job to help. We want to know what are the really devilish stains that never seem to budge”.

Do you struggle with mud stains? Maybe your child wiping their hands down their clothes after eating greasy food fill you with dread? Perhaps baby poo stains are your nemesis? Or maybe it’s a spilt glass of wine that you worried may never come out?

Whatever the stains you’re most scared of, share them below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 voucher for a store of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

hdh747 · 09/07/2018 07:03

Turmeric. And that tar stuff that you paint on fruit trees.

mave · 09/07/2018 07:07

Grass and sun cream!!

dwerry · 09/07/2018 07:10

Berry stains especially blueberries & cranberry. Grease can also be a tricky one.

Lindseymorris29 · 09/07/2018 07:27

Sun cream. when you get that on a lovely new crisp white t shirt or dress. You know that yellow bleach like Mark is never going to come out! And it's relegated to the in the pool t-shirt to stop your shoulders Crispin up.

Grass stains and tomato-based sauces. Oh and oil!

Helsbells68 · 09/07/2018 08:03

Mud and pens, they never wash out fully.

tabbaz123 · 09/07/2018 08:13

Turmeric and strawberries (obviously not both together) have always been a nightmare for me...my babies love strawberries so their whites end up with pink spots on! and I love curry ....

AR2012 · 09/07/2018 08:21

Pollen. really tough to get out.

maryandbuzz1 · 09/07/2018 08:23

SSCRASE123 · 09/07/2018 08:29

Suntan lotion, no matter what I can't shift these stains. So much so that I have a separate set of T-Shirts for holiday that I wear knowing they are going to get wrecked.

vickyg88 · 09/07/2018 08:31

Curry sauce or grease marks and anything on white clothing lol!

PorridgeAgainAbney · 09/07/2018 08:49

Pen marks on school shirts. We've had 3 shirts come home in the last week that have marks on that won't shift. WHY can't school uniform be something easier to keep clean like a royal blue or red polo top?????

phillie1 · 09/07/2018 09:17

sun tan cream

mollymoo818 · 09/07/2018 09:18

My two biggest ones are red wine for me and tomato based stains for the kids. They are always so difficult to get out especially if the tomato one also contains an oil such as with spaghetti sauce.

happysouls · 09/07/2018 09:18

Deodorant marks are probably the stains that I find a problem. I tend to wear darker clothes that would hide lots of other marks but deodorant shows up and then can permanently damage clothes.
