Laundry can be a surprisingly personal thing - whether you have a special way of hanging out your clothes or a foolproof way of getting your clothes to smell great. With this in mind, Fairy Non Bio would like to hear what you consider the most important when it comes to laundry, and what you’d love your laundry detergent to do.

Nice non-chemical smell, super soft and super clean

I like my clothes to be clean, smell nice and stain free but still kind to my children's skin.

Fresh, clean clothes that have that laundry fresh smell for as long as possible!

I really enjoy pegging my washing on the line. I’ve not had a garden for long and I enjoy getting up before everyone else to do a wash, peg it out with no distractions and listen to it flapping in the wind. As sad as it sounds.

I have lots of allergies so I have to be careful which detergent & fabric conditioner I use

Apart from the obvious of everything being clean and fresh, it is important to me that clothes come out crease free, as I don't like ironing, so I try not to overload the machine and I tumble dry where possible or smooth out and hang up to dry.

I love a white white! I use Dr Beckman's whitenener whenever I need to - it really makes those whites sparkle!

Smell is definatley the main thing for me, because even if its clean but smells awful you wouldnt want to wear it!

The clean fresh smell is everything. I try to line dry whenever possible

Clean fresh smelling clothes are paramount. I always take clothes out of the washing machine as soon as possible and love comfort fabric conditioner. Drying them outdoors is a bonus.

Its really important to me to keep on top of my laundry. I hate having loads of washing in my washing basket, so I try to do a load every few days during the week, and dry it on clothes airers and then do bigger things like duvet covers and sheets at the weekend. I love the smell when its been dried outside, but with working full time, I don't have the time to dry it outside during the week and don't want to do 5-6 loads at the weekend when I like to do my other chores.

The most important is that I don’t get skin irritated, sustainable product, smell and price.
