Muppets Christmas Carol!!

Have watched it every Christmas since I was a child.

My nan used to bring it round on video on Christmas Eve with some chocolate coins.

I now watch it with my dd to keep tradition.

Halo
TrollTheRespawnJeremy · 29/11/2017 00:53

We will probably end up watching all of them but I always have Disney's Christmas Carol on while we are decorating the tree.

StarWarsFanatic · 29/11/2017 00:58

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them - because it is a wonderful film and my actual favourite Christmas film (Die Hard) isn't on there.

Mummabear16 · 29/11/2017 04:53

Home alone two! It was a huge part of my childhood and I now can't wait for it to be a part of my son's too 😊

JazzAnnNonMouse · 29/11/2017 05:51

It's a wonderful life.
Best Christmas message.

Love actually I always watch while having a drink and wrapping presents!

tinkerbellone · 29/11/2017 05:58

Beauty and the beast Smile

silkybear · 29/11/2017 06:05

bad santa

HerSymphonyAndSong · 29/11/2017 06:19

Of that list, nightmare before christmas. I love the music!

wineandcheeseplease · 29/11/2017 07:03

Sound of music as its a heartwarming family film

Time4adrink · 29/11/2017 10:06

Hidden figures is number one for us. Something we can all genuinely enjoy together, I love that the children are now old enough to enjoy the same kind of films as us.

MargoLovebutter · 29/11/2017 10:35

White Christmas

EvilDoctorBallerinaRoastDuck · 29/11/2017 10:51

The Nightmare Before Christmas. I love a bit of Tim Burton!

Saladd0dger · 29/11/2017 11:13

Oooh polar express definitely! All of us snuggled up, hot chocolate and the tree lights twinkling while watching it. I look forward to it every year ❤️

Theladygardenofeden · 29/11/2017 11:25

The Polar Express is our Christmas film for Christmas Eve. I remember taking my now 17y/o DSis to see it at the cinema when it first came out. However, If it was up to me it'd be The Nightmare before Christmas, that's one of my favourite films ever!

jaws5 · 29/11/2017 11:28

The Sound of Music. Not too Christmassy, just a great family film to watch in pyjamas and sing along!

PutYourBracesTogether · 29/11/2017 11:29

It's The Grinch here.
Perfect for a chilly Sunday afternoon in the run up to Christmas

RebeccaCloud9 · 29/11/2017 11:31

Beauty and the beast. Can't wait to start watching now tv over Xmas!

RebeccaCloud9 · 29/11/2017 11:33

Doh forgot to say why! Beauty and the beast because I've been desperate to see it but missed it at the cinema because I'd just had a baby!

NeverTwerkNaked · 29/11/2017 11:49

No Elf? No Home alone 1?!

I’d vote for Home alone 2 then; have to watch Home alone 1&2 every year or it’s not Christmas!

sharond101 · 29/11/2017 11:50

From the list, love actually but really it's elf.

Demiguise · 29/11/2017 12:11

The Polar Express for us, it's such a beautiful film and helps my nearly-9-yr-old hold onto her Christmas spirit for a bit longer!

Zomam · 29/11/2017 12:47

The Grinch - it’s my favourite Christmas film by far but my DP has never seen it! Our baby is too young for family films just now so we don’t need to be subjected to Frozen just yet!

DaisyDando · 29/11/2017 13:17

It’s a Wonderful Life and a glass of mulled wine please. Batman for the kids.

roseyposey123 · 29/11/2017 13:25

I love the Sound of Music the songs and story are as enchanting today for me as they were when I was a little girl , it reminds me so much of my dear mum who has sadly passed on she used to love watching it when she was ill and would cheer her up

GinYummy · 29/11/2017 13:33

The muppets christmas carol for us. It makes me feel all nostalgic and warm and fuzzy thinking of how I watched it as a child and now my own children are completely captivated by it.
