DP says Die Hard

Arthur Christmas has definitely always been our favourite family Xmas film.

But Die Hard has been reclassified to a 15 certificate, so maybe this is the year we should curl up round a roaring fire to a chorus of Yippee Kay Ay.

It’s got to be ‘Elf’ it’s the only Christmas film me and my husband agree on and my 4 yr old loves it too!

Home alone all the way. Or national lampoons Christmas.

We love a Christmas Eve walk in the woods followed by huge orange hot chocolates topped with cream and marshmallows. Back home for some dinner prep, champagne and a Christmas movie. Bliss.

The Grinch. I've just bought some Grinch pjs for my daughter for Christmas because it's her favourite xmas film.

We love Elf too!

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, and Elf, and Home Alone 1 & 2.

It's got to be The Muppet Christmas Carol once I've seen that I go Christmas crazy!

Muppets Christmas Carol. I know all the words to all the songs.

It's a surprisingly faithful adaptation.

Stickman and the Gruffalo’s Child are lovely, I also love Santa Clause the movie and any version of Christmas Carol!

For the past 4 years it’s been frozen! (Since my DD was 4!) Christmas Day after lunch, even her disabled brother has a little sway to let it go :)

The Christmas Gift - lovely fim that all the family all enjoy from 90 year old grandpa right through to 9 year old son

Elf for us even though we know the script by heart closely followed by Polar Express.

Arthur Christmas, National Lampoons Christmas Vacation and The Grinch. All my favourites as DH couldn't care less and DS is only 18 months

The Nightmare before Christmas is a firm favourite in our house.

Favourites here are The Snowman, Santa Claus The Movie, Scrooged, Home Alone, Elf, Christmas With The Kranks, Deck The Halls, and Arthur Christmas.

miracle on 34th street is my fave.

The Polar Express, we love it and sing along to all the songs!

Home Alone, Elf or The Holiday. Love them as watching them signifies the start of Christmas.

Elf! My favourite day of the year is putting the tree up with Christmas songs in the background then watching Elf with a mug of mulled wine for the grown ups!
