The Muppets Christmas Carol is my all time favourite! Every year since I can remember I have watched it with my mam and sang our hearts out while putting the Christmas tree up, we know all the words! I intend to carry on this tradition with my daughter

It’s 50/50 in our house for Home alone and Elf there both great movies and watching them usually gets us excited for Christmas

Elf - Because both adults and children find it hilarious - It never gets old and you can watch it again and again :)

mainly because they make us all laugh lots.

Planes,Trains & Automobiles :) Because it shows that Christmas can even be a time for ' misfits '.I know it is about ' Thanksgiving ' but it is usually shown at Christmas.For me it just shows how much,very important it is to show compassion for one another and how much it can mean to people :)

The Grinch is a favourite in this house.

We watch ‘Arthur Christmas’ from November! The kids, dd 3 & ds 5 love it purely because ‘it’s about Christmas’ and we enjoy it as parents because it’s genuinely funny and we can all watch it together.

We love the film Elf! It's a Christmas essential, like crackers and indigestion! Always puts us in a festive mood!

It's A Wonderful Life - Jimmy Stewart drinking tee many martoonies at the bar is a must-see.

Well mine is My Fair Lady (I know its not really a Christmas movie but it was ALWAYS on over the Christmas period when I was younger!) but my kids prefer the more modern moves and their favorite is The Polar Express, which I must say, is Magical! We love the runaway train scene!

the grinch, best xmas film ever

It's always been the Grinch in our house. However last year, we found another favourite! Arthur Christmas! Perfect for the whole family and it's nice and refreshing watching it as we've watched Grinch every Christmas Eve since I can remember ha ha!

It has to be Polar Express to give you that warm festive feel with a bailey's for me and a hot chocolate for the little people.
