PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

Okay mine is pretty standard and shouldn't be too much to ask for

classic marguerite topped with green peppers and mushroom!

However when feeling adventurous then spinach and a nice runny egg!

Gluten free base (bendy, not too dry), tomato sauce, rocket, pine nuts, caramelised onion, rocket, mozzarella and a sprinkle of parmesan

Ooh, this is actually a hard question to answer, as I live pizza quite a lot.

A thin base, but not too thin so that it goes hard and crispy. Tomato sauce, lots of mozzarella, and some other exciting cheeses that are definitely vegetarian. I like goats cheese, but it does get very samey.
Then, spinach, but wrung out well, and an egg. And hot chilli peppers, chopped finely, and pine nuts. And finished with basil.

My favourite is a margherita with feta, olives and red onions. Always add black pepper as soon as it's out of the oven!

I'd like a thin (but not too thin) base, with tomato sauce, mozzarella, goat's cheese, caramelized red onions and roasted red and yellow peppers.

A thin base but not so thin that it goes all floppy and soggy when you pick it up.

Caramelised onions, sundried tomatoes, pine nuts and mozzarella.

My mouths watering now!

Gluten free Base. Tomato & garlic sauce. Spicy beef, mozzarella balls, red onions, roasted mixed peppers, jalapeños, mushrooms & roasted cherry tomatoes. Topped with fresh rocket & herbs.

My favourite is the Four Seasons. No idea why you ditched it from your menu!!!

Oooo my favourite game!

Base must be thin and crispy, with tomato sauce and the usual mix of cheese. Then add some panchetta, red onions, leeks, olives and or capers and a bit of lovely Stilton or other blue cheese.

A thin and crispy base, with capers, anchovies, olives and proscuttio!

Mushrooms, serrano ham (lots), green olives, chilli, pepperoni, sweet red peppers, parmesan, anchovies and capers. All on a crispy base.

Mushrooms, red onion, chorizo, chilli and plenty of mozarella but the grated typw not the ball.

All the cheeses, fajita chicken, sweet corn and tub of soured cream on the side

I'd like a teriyaki chicken pizza please with spring onions on top.

lots of mozzarella, mushrooms, and weirdly, raisins! I quite like odd mixes of sweet and savory.

or roasted garlic, that would be good too.

Loads of cheese, pineapple, ham, olives, red onion

Don't like stuffed crusts: too filling

Bolognese sauce, with mushrooms and peppers, and parmesan.

I'd also like a cheese free one, with roast vegetables and falafel.

Or tuna, generally seafood and I'm happy

Either all the ingredients of kedgeree apart from the rice, or steak and kidneys.

Thin base! I'm a veg lover when it comes to pizza - peppers, red onion, rocket and olives. None of this pineapple malarkey for me!

Lots of vegetables (but none of the soggy ones like courgette or aubergine), olives and jalapeños. Parmesan grated over after cooking.

Sliced mushrooms, shredded leeks, artichokes, stilton, mozzarella and red chili flakes ideally on a thin-crust spelt base.

I don't do vegetables on pizza so my dream pizza is mozzarella and lots of Italian meats; salami, chorizo, prosciutto, etc.

I would love mushrooms, black olives and possibly some chargrilled aubergine.
