PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

Oooh, it would have to be anchovies, black olives, artichoke, mushrooms and Gorgonzola. I love strong tastes!

BBQ Chicken: BBQ sauce, chicken and loads of vegetables: red and green peppers, red onions, mushrooms, sweetcorn and gherkins.

My favourite base is deep pan - the crusts are ideal for dips.

As a veggie, my options are usually limited with pizza!

My favourite is macaroni cheese baked on to a pizza base though. It's so much more delicious than it sounds, especially if it's browned off on top too!

Stuffed crust with mushrooms, roasted peppers, sweetcorn, red onion, white onion, chilli and garlic.

First up, I love pineapple on pizza, especially when combined with savoury and spicy flavours.

I also love fish and veg, so I'd have:

Extra fresh tomatoes
Onions
Peppadews
Capers
Anchovies
Tuna
and Pineapple

And I'd call it the Archipelago.

I like a really really deep pan pizza base - like focaccia bread.

Then a Chilli tomato sauce, chorizo, cherry tomatoes and lots of
Mozzarella cheese and black pepper

My fave pizza to make is covered in veggies,

I would just like one that doesn't make my stomach hurt. I am on a low fodmap diet so need a wheat free base and some lovely sauce with no onion or garlic. Pineapple and ham is awesome and I refuse to acknowledge anyone who says otherwise. Topped with some lactose free cheese.

While we are doing magic impossible food, can I also have some garlic bread that doesn't involve any garlic or bread.

God, I miss being able to buy pizza...

Mine would have a romana base, bbq sauce instead of tomato, cheese, pineapple, Cajun chicken, peppadew peppers and mushrooms

Romano base (thin and crispy) with smoked bacon lardons, mushrooms, garlic, chilli flakes, mozzarella and some rocket scattered over after cooking. We make this at home and it's lovely!
