PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

Here’s what PizzaExpress have to say: ‘When it comes to PizzaExpress ingredients, we never compromise. After all, they’re the foundation for our great flavours. The same goes for our commitment to bringing fresh ideas to the table – such as our exciting new take on the Hawaiian Pizza.’

So how would you customise your dream pizza? Are you a classic Margherita person or do you have more adventurous tastes? Where do you stand with pineapple on pizza? Are you the kind of person who likes lots of different toppings on one pizza, or do you prefer to keep things simple?

I would love some more veggie options other than just peppers! Marinated spicy tofu strips with chilli halloumi, red onions, Caesar dressing (it works on a pizza, trust me!) and some grilled peppers.

A normal base, not too thick, not too thin, covered with tomato sauce. Then a mixture of sun dried tomatoes, grilled aubergine and courgettes. Topped with grated cheddar and parmesan and basil (And I'm on the 5:2 diet and I just fancy one right now!)

First of all the base would have to be perfect ........ for me that's thin and crispy. As for the toppings a mixture of 4 cheeses, to include a tangy blue cheese, some thinly sliced red onion and perhaps some herbs if they are fresh like parsley.
