PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

So how would you customise your dream pizza? Are you a classic Margherita person or do you have more adventurous tastes? Where do you stand with pineapple on pizza? Are you the kind of person who likes lots of different toppings on one pizza, or do you prefer to keep things simple?

Roasted peppers and artichokes, basil leaves and basil oil with mozzarella and shaved parmesan. The sauce would be roasted and mashed aubergine and tomato.

Good old fry up - bacon,sausage,mushrooms and an softest egg in the middle to dip the crust in

As thin as possible base, smooth tomato sauce and generous mozzarella and dollops of ricotta, shredded spinach, sundried tomatoes, then with fresh herbs (basil, oregano, etc) and torn prosciutto put on at the last minute so they don't get the whole cooking time.

Nice thin crispy base with a generous tomato sauce topping, finished with caramelised red onions, black olives, spinach, pine nuts and goats cheese, all drizzled with olive oil. Delicious!

Sourdough pizza base, goats cheese, artichoke, red onion, green olives, garlic and some of that lovely chilli oil to give it a bit of a kick.

Thin and crispy base, standard Pizza Express sauce because it's lovely, lots of hojiblanca black olives, yellow and red peppers, thinly sliced red onions, toasted pine nuts, rocket, basil and pea shoots. Cheese obvs. Finished with a pesto drizzle, some parmesan and (here's where it gets good) tiny pieces of well cooked (almost burnt) bacon and some little cubes of halloumi that's been griddled so well that's it all blackened. Mmmmmmm! This thread has made me want a pizza so badly!

Florentine - spinach, mozzarella and egg

Would be happy to add bacon and olives as well.

Creme fraiche, hot smoked salmon (cold not heated), dill, rocket, capers, lemon zest/oil and possibly sliced waxy new potatoes

Also, Nutella/chocolate spread and bana pudding pizza

I like as many toppings as humanly possible! I've recently gone veggie, so when I make them at home I'd have:

Quorn pepperoni (suprisingly very nice!)
peppers
olives
pineapple
sweetcorn
mushrooms
red onion
and loads of cheese

I am a massive fan of Pizza Express though so would far rather they made it for me!

My absolute favourite is from our local Italian. Thinish base with a crust for dipping, hoisin sauce (instead of tomato sauce) topped with crispy duck, mozzarella, cucumber (cold), spring onion and loads of fresh coriander. It's gorgeous.

I have never had egg on a pizza, so that would be interesting. But I think my dream pizza would be something involving chilli con carne and nachos with salsa.

Mine would be: chicken, roasted peppers, goats cheese, garlic sliced potatoes, and chillies

Mine would be one that Pizza Express used to serve but it hasn't been on the menu for a while...the Funghi De Bosco pizza. It was amazing. I miss that pizza!

My dream pizza would be prawns, pineapple and mushrooms on a thin crust base.

Mixed peppers, red onion, sweetcorn, pineapple, extra cheese and a drizzling of garlic oil.

Meatball bolognaise with mozzarella and rocket.

A chilli con Carne Pizza :) with rocket

Cheese and marmite pizza

Gorgonzola - lots of it!

I'd combine the veneziana and padana pizzas (yes, we are regulars) and leave off the olives. Yum. Now i want pizza.

Veeeerrry thin base, then a classic fiorentina spinach-and-egg topping augmented with a little anchovy. I prefer Pecorino to Parmesan over the small amount of mozzarella...

An alternative to tomato sauce on bases! It is boring and dull, and not everyone likes tomato.

How about a nice creamy garlic sauce? Or even better pesto?

Give people choice! Step away from the tomato obsession.

My dream pizza would be pesto sauce, chicken and mozzarella.

Thick base, tomato sauce. Mozzerella, caramelised onions, goats cheese, bacon and chicken.

I'd have a white base with Gorgonzola, pine nuts and caramelised pear. Nomnom
