With Cadbury launching their biggest ever advent calendar, Cadbury would like to know which moment over the festive period your DCs are most excited about.

Here's what they say "This year we’re launching Cadbury’s biggest ever advent calendar and setting out to bring even more joy to the countdown this Christmas. 24 trucks, 24 doors, opening daily in 24 different locations, we’re ringing joyful festive surprises to the nation on the countdown to Christmas. While we’re counting down, we’re also keen to hear from Mumsnetters about which festive moment your kids can't wait for"

Find out about the Cadbury advent calendar by watching the video below:

So which festive moment are your DCs most excited about? You might be thrilled at the prospect of some time relaxing at home with your family, but if you asked your children - what would their response be? Perhaps they're dying to decorate the Christmas tree? Or take centre stage at their school nativity play? We're looking for the moments and treats that make Christmas for them, alongside the thrillingness of ripping wrapping off (lots of) presents.

Whichever festive moment your DCs can't wait for, Cadbury would love to hear about it.

Everyone who posts a comment will be entered into a prize draw where one lucky MNer will win a £200 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck,
MNHQ

DD loves looking at all the Christmas lights twinkling. She likes to spot her favourite ones as we go home from nursery. Icicles, stars, everything!

DC are looking forward to watching The Snowman on Christmas Eve, and getting new pyjamas Xmas Smile

happysouls · 12/12/2015 17:58

I think my son is looking forward to suprising his girlfriend with an amazing Christmas tree. They've just moved house and he has spent the last couple of weeks frantically plastering and decorating. He should be ready for the tree this week! When he was young I think the only thing he was really interested in was opening presents!!!

My daughter loves Christmas. From putting the tree up, having the advent calendar. Christmas dinner at school , Christmas songs on the radio. The Christmas food and drink we never get throughout the year and of course Christmas day itself.

Both my boys are looking forward to their birthdays first, then Christmas. They have birthdays on 20th and 23rd December so Christmas week is busy, and expensive in our house!

Looking out for the Space Station on Xmas Eve and seeing the DCs faces when they think it's Santa! Love it!

Father Christmas is visiting our town tomorrow. My DD is so excited and last year is made her Christmas to meet him

KittyKat88 · 12/12/2015 22:28

My DDs are loving every minute of the build up to Christmas! We've done a 'meet santa' activity last weekend and went to the Christmas panto (Snow White) today, and next weekend a Christmas disco for little ones.

melmoo · 12/12/2015 23:40

DD is just excited about the presents and being off school. DS is so exicted about every aspect of christmas that I think with make himself ill again - like last year.

fm201069 · 13/12/2015 09:48

Visiting Santa to tell him what they would like for Christmas :)

whoseafraidofnaomiwolf · 13/12/2015 21:08

Every year all my children, four from age 12 to 19, look forward with mounting excitement still to waking up to the wonderful lumpy, stocking full of Christmas that has magically appeared on the end of their bed during the night of Christmas eve/Christmas morning. Placed there of course by Father Christmas and his elves (Me).

This is their best moment of Christmas (as they never fail to remind me each year).
