When does it say your payment will be cleared?

Anyone else a renewal? I sent my renewal forms off scanned 21/01, current award ends 16/03, not sure what the wait times are like for renewals, waited 4/5 months when it was a new claim but have seen they seem to be flying through NCs at the moment. The anxiety whilst waiting for a decision is next level.

My SD is 7th January.. renewal mid March.. not heard anything yet :/

Tuesday, so the payment would've been made Friday. Still weird I didn't get a text or letter or anything yet!

Thank you! My scan date is the same as yours but I had to send my sons BC so idk if that delays things a bit.
I've not received anything but I don't know if my son has been awarded or not, I'm so anxious 😬

Good luck, there isn't much information about wait times for renewals. I've read some that say they leave it right til the end and others saying they had a decision within days/weeks of sending theirs back, I suppose it depends how many they have at that time ect.

Oh no that’s not good maybe worth giving them a call as a friend of mine reported her change on the 7th January she called them and they said they are still trying to verify him which is strange.

i just randomly checked my journal now they have sent me a letter on there it says the decision maker had accepted but doesn’t say anything about when I will receive the back pay so I will reply to that tomorrow.

my statements haven’t changed yet either x

Thats what im finding frustrating some seem to have renewals done weeks before and others a few days before. Its the not knowing that drives me a bit bonkers 🙈
Im dying to ring but feel they'll just tell me it wont be done until closer to the time 🙃

Bloody hell that was quick, mine have been verified for over a week now and i havent heard anything since. Im happy for you though that you dont have to wait for it like everything else! Im hoping mines not too much longer xx

Yes so strange isn't it! Iknow same, everything floating around in your head too have I sent enough evidence and information have I worded it enough for them to understand the child's needs, I did miss some information too so submitted further information and sent that off Friday so hoping I have given enough as the renewal forms are a lot shorter and not as detailed as the NC forms so some things didn't cross my mind until after I had sent them off 🙃 that's the only thing isn't it, ringing and them saying it's still waiting to be looked at, I will ring towards the end of the week to make sure they've received further information.

Il call after a few weeks if its not done by then as UC say to give them a few weeks for a decision to be made. So if i dont hear anything by then il call xx

New claim scan date 24/12 decision made yesterday hrc and LRM until day before my child’s 16th birthday

Yeah that makes sense hopefully not a long wait fingers crossed x
