Coc 08/05 phoned earlier for an update. Got through to the rudest woman ever, couldn't and wouldn't tell me anything.. honestly the attitude was disgraceful

She p'd me right off so sarcastic me said "you've been ever so helpful have a wonderful day" and she responded whatever !!!

Same to you that’s great that your getting him into a school it’s so hard having to fight to get your child into one as some just done have the space it sad seeing family’s not getting the awnsers they need I’ve been so lucky with my daughter as her health vistor is an absolute Jem

Just seen on fb someone posted saying coc taking 35 weeks now :-/

I’m 06/05 COC and the same thing happened to me yesterday so could be the same women🙈 didn’t even take my details to check for me, asked if it was a new claim and I said no, so she said well if it’s a COC then you’ll just have to wait and see😬 absolute joke they are X

I just see someone comment there too, I haven’t actually seen anyone go past 31 weeks so highly doubt it unless they are 30/31 weeks over the Christmas period X

Did you say someone waited 35 weeks that's unreal.. how do they get away with leaving it that long !!
I'm 28 weeks this week another 7 weeks id be the first week of Jan at that rate !!

I’ve never had a rude call handler before and was shocked as they usually ask for your details then give you the same there’s a backlog and no time frame speech after checking for you😬 I haven’t actually seen anyone wait 35 weeks, the longest is 31 weeks and a few days, someone asked on FB what was the wait time was for COC and someone commented 35 weeks🙈 I’m 28 weeks today so hoping it’s done by 31 weeks as we will be waiting longer than 35 weeks if it’s not done by Christmas😭 I done a NC September last year and didn’t get decision until March and the wait over the Christmas and new year period was the worst as awards slowed down for a few weeks🫣X

How long should I wait to phone see what's going on dm phoned yesterday at 12ish was phoning school at 1ish and also sent more evidence yesterday its going to be there by 1pm today x

we was 31 weeks yesterday I am calling late this afternoon to see if they’ve looked at it yet 🤞🏻 I hope I don’t get this same woman as I already get nervous ringing up

The last few COC that was made on here waited 31 weeks and a few days so 🤞🏽you get your decision this week😬 surely they can’t make us wait any longer but NC are getting done in 4 weeks, doesn’t make any sense😭 I actually hate calling, always get sick to my stomach🙈 good luck X

Cocs are confusing me as I done one in July time and had a decision within 6 weeks. Feel for everybody waiting it’s a disgrace!!

I called up they said still no decision which I was expecting them to say but they added the new medication on as late evidence for the renewal as current claim is so close to the end x

Anyone know how long it takes to get the letter for scanning date? They received forms for new claim on Monday afternoon so not expecting anything until next week

I got mine 3 weeks after scan date.. how long have u been waiting

Be nice if they did it before Christmas... Purely cause they go into shut down over Christmas

They only received the forms on Monday so only a couple of days

Just called up about my son’s renewal 5th December and they said it’s with a decision maker . That’s progress as it wasn’t last Tuesday when I called. Fingers crossed I hear soon altho I told the lady on the phone my post is useless so she said if I haven’t heard anything by 5th dec to call up for the decision .

I haven’t had one but did receive a text saying they had my forms my sd 27/10

Just commenting so I can check back- MR after complete refusal scan date is June but forgot the actual day.

it’s taking ages and I only check back periodically now to check what dates they’re up too. Horrible system, horrendous wait times! Hope you’re all hanging in there!

I had complete refusal my MR scan date is June 16th think there on around end of aprils and may from what I can gather I’m guessing June will be January at least now the waiting is really out of order 😩
