Called two days ago to check additional evidence had been received. Got a confirmation but no mention of the claim being with a DM yet.

MR now on week 26 I think I will ring on Monday to see what is happening as the last letter I received from them stated 15 weeks?

Sorry to be pain il show photo as didnt realise i could let me no what you all think cz this is proper boggling my mind.

so claim ended friday this renewal im guessing started from yesterday? Last payment was Tuesday 24th. Forms sent back 28th February
(no mention of backpay) gone from MRC to HRC but says entitled from 28th june

and then the whole 2 july part which i dont get last payment was 24th so will my boy get a week and then goes upto HRC from 2nd july? But just dont understand why hasnt gone back to February

Ive replied to you on the old thread but it’s saying that award weeks are Wednesday to Tuesday and you will be getting middle rate care the first week and high rate from 2nd July because your renewal started through the first week so you won’t be eligible for high rate until the following full week.
