new claim, called for forms in February, scan date is 01-04
sent heath reports/letters along with the birth certificate 3 weeks ago
finally they got it, if anyone missed my update
I am 13 weeks Tuesday

ive seen april being awarded, one was 14th APRIL and one was 1st APRIL like mine. And the 1st of April was declined a couple weeks ago

Iv seen 16th too I hope we're this week or maybe next x

@ttt2025 looks like only awarded from that date, maybe there reason for it, l would ring them tomorrow see if it's right explain to them that put it in Feb see what they say!

MR 31/12 27wks on Tuesday, the wait is ridiculous 😔😴

Same date as my childs claim. I called last week as I was advised to call at 25 weeks to be told its not even with a DM and they have until July 19th (30 weeks).
I will be calling mid week (26weeks) as I have sent additional evidence.

hopefully they catch up with MR as this is so long winded! I got told I should hear back by mid July when I called the other day x

For MR & COC how does this work with payments ? Do u still get your awarded pay until the decision has been made ?

I’m new claim from April I sent additional evidence from school meeting with senco etc - so not expecting anything yet, keep worrying bout evidence and sending off as soon as I have more, it’s frustrating

Im going to ring tomorrow to see if additional evidence was received will be 10 weeks since MR so a little longer left yet. Its actually so ridiculous how long it takes

You should get back pay tomorrow. It took carers around 4 weeks to get back to me and im in northern ireland so probably a longer wait in England

Has anyone ever been awarded with no professional evidence?

I know if friends that have but at renewals they do ask for professional evidence my youngest sons claim IV only sent off 2 referral letter one for speech and language and the other for peaditrion and a letter from his early support worker hoping this is enough for now as don't have anything else only my word my older sons claim IV sent a lot of evidence so hoping that's enough to what have you sent x

MR scan date 02/01 26 weeks ago.

Don’t they have a responsibility to write to us and keep us informed of progress? The last letter I received from them stated 15 week wait but was told 25 weeks when I phoned about a month ago.

Our daughter’s last payment was in January when renewal was declined hence the MR. It’s a joke how much things have gone downhill for her since then and we haven’t been able to access services and therapies we would have normally paid for with this money.

You wont gwt awarded woth no professional evidence otherwise the system is up for abuse, you've said you've s+l reports have you sent those off? Get onto the gp or senco and ask for a copy of the referal theyve sent

It took 3 days for my first child from reporting to backdating and for my 2nd it took 2 weeks, but ive seen people wait upto 3 months. If i was you id send a journal message
