Hey,they can tell you they did me on Tuesday.

I’m trying the enquiries line now on number 4 but I’ve been hold over an hour now and they will likely be closed soon. I don’t have a good feeling about mine my daughter is 16 months old so I think they will decline the mr again x

So the guy on line 4 tells me the mandatory reconsideration hasn’t been decided upon yet and there’s no update it’s still with someone. At this point I just give up, we are definitely declined again so I will just await the declined letter.

Claim is due to renew tomorrow, last payment was Tuesday (15th), yesterday got a random payment of £255.50 - anyone got any idea what that could be?

So they did actually take deductions after saying they didn’t on journal 🙄 x

No I’ve always been on uc it was because dad had added my other child to his claim so they took the child element overpayment x

They declined me 🤦🏼‍♀️on Tuesday

We’ve been declined as well I just spoke with a case worker. My baby was born with a life long condition and has had 7 surgeries at 16 months old. I’m so crossed at this s**t system for not recognising her. I applied a whole year ago for this and the wait time is appalling to just get an out right no.

It’s awful my son got diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis last year age 13 but they are saying he’s just like any other teenager 😢I’m going to tribunal

Bit the bullet and phoned again just now, after 59 minutes waiting to get through the guy on the phone told me my daughter has been awarded MRC and LRC! So happy 😁

Can they tell you the decision of an MR? They told me today that they couldn't access it

Yes told me Tuesday it was declined she read the letter to me telling me the reasons

I don’t know the reasons yet they wouldn’t tell me that said it would all be detailed on the letter and what to do with the next steps. I know they will say she is the same as all the other babies. I really wish she was and I wish I didn’t have to shout from the roof tops about her condition as her voice. I don’t think they are even that medically trained half the time seems so unfair! It’s tiring, I don’t know the first thing about a tribunal I’ve never done anything like this. Have you done your next steps for yours.
