I've just had my renewal. It was due to run out on 9th July. They notified me on 8th.

MR 16/1 26 weeks today. I’ve just called for the first time since feb when I checked if they had received the extra evidence. The gentleman I spoke to was really nice, but it’s still in a que. I asked if it was with a decision maker he said no. 🫠🫠 He said there isn’t any updates he can give me. I’m so fed upp!!! 😫😫😫😫

In the same boat a week behind you 25+1 MR just got off the phone still in holding que “no further updates, we will call if need further information, you will receive letter when decision is made”

DM just rang to ask why my form was a week late was due to to be bk on the 21st march and scan date 2/4 in my defence I posted it on the 12th/13th March first class but not signed for now he needs to look at postal delays ect. So will it be a decline cause of that 😫

I don't think it will be a decline but you will probably miss out on a month's pay I think don't hold me to this and at least it's with a decision maker and you should have your answer pretty soon now fingers crossed for you x

Nope they sent me a letter Friday wanted a.copy of my marriage certificate tenancy agreement passport god knows y it was signed for yesterday

Okay that’s fine anyway as it’s my fault should of sent it signed for: hopefully I get a decision soon still dont have much hope if I’m honest cause when I googled it can still be a decline or to do with back payment. I rang this morning and the lady had emailed him to chase claim up x

MR 26 weeks and 2 days. Spoken to school that have said they spoke to DM this morning. Would that mean that a decision has now been made?

Ooh ok. So hopefully be soon. Keeping toes and fingers crossed we get the outcome we are looking for. And congrats on your reward x

Hi long time lurker but just to update those with similar dates. My daughter's claim was due to end on the 21/07, was renewed for a further 2 years at the same rates this morning. Good luck to all still waiting

Question for evidence. My son’s teacher has wrote a supporting letter but has sent it through email . Can I still print this off and use it as evidence ?

Just phoned and a decision has been made! Can't tell me over the phone as it's an MR and they have no access to the letter... Just a few more days of waiting 🤞

I sent a printed email letter from school and physio both with renewal and these were accepted as evidence

Can they see how many time you call ? I called yesterday but I’m tempted to call again lol

I think it depends on whether a note on the system was made of they can see when you called x

I'm dying to know too my son's due to go in for hip surgery due to one of his conditions and we don't have the official date till two days after renewal is due , I just hope they take into account the mobility side will increase much more than it already is without any medical evidence on paper and just what I've explained

Hi, COC 26th March, I am just looking for your advice my daughter was awarded MRC and LMR which I am extremely grateful. Since then a support centre recommended to do a COC because she has night needs and is a danger to herself outside ( let's go of my hand and runs into the road) after an incident where I only managed to get to her on time we decided to only drive her to school. Would she get HRM or is there anything I need to get from the GP (they always brush me of even though she is almost 6, non-verbal and clearly autistic but not diagnosed yet). The school agrees and has wrote on the EHCP that she can not travel safely.
