My SD is 7/3 and the lady said 25 weeks for me! Definitely was reading from a script..I won’t be calling up now for awhile

Just got my text to say she qualifies!!!!! I am so relieved!!!! 💜💜💜💜💜

My scan date was mid December! I haven't called before as I didn't want to be disappointed on the phone So I will still wait for a letter or payment.
I cocked up my initial forms but have sent numerous additional statements so I hope they've received and read them all to base the decision right!!! 🙏🙏 based on her needs, she qualifies for HRC. She's only 3 so highly doubt the HRM but I tried for it as outdoors and her mobility is a massive challenge for her.

And also, if anyone can answer please : Does it go to a case manager before decision maker. Is decision maker the last person to process award?
Mines in a queue but I'm 4weeks tomorrow from scan date it's crazy as she's had this health conditon since 2023, if the hospital and doctors bucked their ideas up, we wouldn't have only been diagnosed this year. It's been a long road!!!!

Hey. Decision maker was pretty quick. It was sent to them around 3rd April and was approved on the 5th of april.
Its the payment team which is taking so long x

I sent the application back a few days after she turned 3. I was absolutely gobsmacked when I got the decision even the man on the phone couldn't believe it

When I called today I mentioned the ones that have said they have been awarded really quick the ones that I see on fb from a woman who said she sent forms back in march and got a decision already the guy I spoke to said I don’t know how as we are not even on January’s yet they are working on mid December so I dunnno

Nc sd 6/1/2025 rang still not been looked at think it's all over place for decisions but been told same old 25week for decision maker to pick up claims

We are discussing backdated disability element on uc.
my scan date for dla was 22-11 and was awarded in march.

Scan date was the 03/03/25 and back dated to 30/01/25 when I call for the forms. I put off applying for her for so long because I just didn't have the energy for them and I thought if I waited to 3 then I'd not have to do a coc for mobility and it would save my sanity doing the forms all again.

I sent in tonnes of evidence from physio, OT, Paediatrics, neuro and genetics i feel like they didn't even read half of it.

I've just called my Scan date is 31/1 and they count the 25 weeks from the scan date. Mine still hasn't been looked at yet xx

I just don’t get why they didn’t say that last week or week before that and I wouldn’t ring
I just don’t get it I will ring again on Friday and say now 26 weeks and to change the message when it says a decision can take up to 25 weeks

Oh really I’m still waiting like 3 weeks later the lady on the phone told me today once I get the letter off the decision maker which will say we owe you money it should take 2-3 days for the money to go in

Yes evidence from physio, OT, neuro, paediatrics and genetics and a few supporting statments from speech shes only just turned 3 so don't have things like statemtn (ehcp) yet but we're in the process of getting that atm
