had letter the other day to say 15 weeks wait. It’s so long

We are 17 weeks on Wednesday. Can take up to 25 weeks but others have said on the previous thread that they are getting through NC around 18 weeks now so hopefully not long! Good luck to you all!

But my form is stamped 18th Feb. Took me a month to filling and get all the paperwork together.
My 25 weeks is mid September but hoping it wont really be that far away. My super optimistic husband who is usually right. Says 2-3 weeks, wouldn't that be fantastic!

but by the sound of it I do not think k it will be 25 weeks it will be longer

I will but I think definitely going to be another month or so I do not think will be 25 weeks

I don't know how mines gone from being with dm to not they said its still 25 week but it's obviously not xx

it bad tho to be honest as why are they telling lies anyways it just gives people false hope and ring more

NC SD 08/01/2025 so I’m almost week 14

Mr 31/12 after renewal refused. Claim ended on 26/01.
Spoke to Dla Friday to be told, nothing has happened with it so far. I was originally told start of May, then mid may to start of June, now being told end of June - start of July.
I thought waiting 15 weeks for the original claim was torture.

NC SD 11/12/2024 coming up to 18 week wait for my son this week. Rang last week to see if extra evidence was scanned in. I asked for an update but still in queue.

Did they have a reason for refusal? Had your child’s needs improved at all?

I'm still waiting for the statement of reasons. I've submitted an MR anyway and will cross reference once I get it.
No, if anything needs have increased. Original claim was paper only, no evidence or services involved. At renewal, 3 separate diagnoses with reports from different professionals., a long prescription list, evidence from school.

It feels like the evidence was just disregarded.
