Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month. please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful times. 💐

New claims (NC) are taking ‘around’ 20 weeks.
Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) & Change Of Circumstances (COC) between 20-25 weeks approx.
Renewals between 15-20 weeks approx
tribunals: when you disagree with MR and are considered by a court
scan date (SD) date form was scanned on the system and counting weeks for decision
original claim date: date you called up for the forms and you will be backdated

UC : universal credit
DWP: department of work and pensions
DM: decision maker; the person who assesses each claim and awards/decline a case

number for an update 0800 121-4600

currently we are in July/August for decisions! xx

I wonder if your renewal has been done and that’s what’s changed to hrc? Congratulations make sure you update uc aswell now if you claim that as you

20 weeks + 2 days.
Just called and got told it's now in the top queue to go to a decision maker. Will probably hear within 3 weeks 😴 told her it's very frustrating that so many later scan dates than mine have been done but she didn't want to know about that.

My COC was kept at MRC aswell. I didn’t recieve any back payments just regular payments for a 3 year old. Have you recieved a letter?

I rang up and they told me over the phone it had not changed I got a letter through the door saying the exact same thing with a new 2 year date from my renewal I then randomly received a text Monday just got saying I had a decision made I thought they are late sending that text and thought nothing of it then woke up today with a payment. I rang up and told me she got bumped up to high rate

And they changed his award from mrc to hrc like you x

Just seen one on fb from 9th July got payment today from MR

Mine was 5th December but dm rang and wanted more info off school so got it off them 4th posted it sign for same day just waiting for it to get to them then I'll call up and tell them it's all done
