Called again this morning. No decision, NC 17/7. Was told with a case manager but no time frame on when it would be decided.

Mum21056 · 03/12/2024 14:40

I have had a message off UC to say my back payment request has been sent to a decision maker, how long do people usually wait to hear back off the decision makers on universal credit?

I’m just on hold now, I want to know if it’s with decision maker yet, i will keep ringing as well every few days now.
I’ll keep you updated hahaha. I feel mine is quite straightforward. I have autistic diagnosis, with very hard communication skills, understanding processing needs and high level sensory issues.
child doesn’t sleep.. I have speech and language report, report of diagnosis, send letter, ipc and a ehpc draft. He 10 and will just lay in middle of road if has a melt down can’t even go local park alone or with siblings (he a twin) then all what I have wrote of my day to day, negatives and positives. Night time care etc.
I think that’s an easier decision than some. That’s if get accepted. Lol.

Hi everyone. I've never done this before. I've just filed for a mandatory reconsideration for my daughter's DLA claim. What's the quickest time a reply has come back? They can't expect us to wait for another 25 weeks for an answer, seeing as we waited 25 weeks in the first place.

Lozzajesse05 · 11/05/2025 18:18

19/11 sc
25 weeks and still waiting 😩

Mumofseven1993 · 11/05/2025 21:21

Unbelievable! How can they expect these kids wait for a whole year for what they're entitled to?
