DLA waiting times continue from thread 55

This makes no sense!!! If they are getting more workers in and doing overtime then how has the wait time gone up?!

My daughters DLA payment date is today so I think that's why we got it today.

I don’t believe they send texts for declines, only to say they’ve made a decision

I got the Christmas bonus today with my usual payment and a letter to follow stating it was coming everything is backwards!

I’m on hold. I’m checking if they got evidence I sent on Saturday but will ask if I can find out what dates they are supposedly working on, will update x

Well done all on awards. My back pay was issued 23rd. Hopefully it be in tomorrow. I updated uc and wrote on journal. But they just verified the change - not wrote back or contacted me

Letters are a waste of time and always come after 😂

Definitely are I don’t understand why they can’t have an online system like uc would definitely work a lot better and save half of us phoning day in day out I can’t believe they still haven’t got one yet x

I saw one of the members say wait times have gone up I’m going to ask about that too they can’t keep shifting the goalpost as opposed to pulling their finger out!

Called again today sd 12 july coc still no decision and it's still taking 20 weeks so to call Friday

They’ve got his evidence but isn’t with a DM just in queue. Usual crap about 25 weeks. He isn’t able to put me through just to ask what date is being worked on. Must be around 5th now if a MR been awarded from that date still 4 weeks to my claim date if they’ve bothered to amend to correct date I’ll be checking that next week

Inconsistent too. I was put through to a DM yesterday by call handler but this one now said he can’t do that.

Or even just a place to upload evidence would help

Hello, I messaged them on the journal to say I now recieve dla and altered them to on dla and asked for back pay on a message till may when I put in for dla and they haven’t even responded, they just verified that the two girls are on dla and not even left a message replying to mine. I’m off work tomorrow should I ring?

Doesn’t seem like there was many awards so far today. But congratulations to everyone that got there’s today💖

I think i got a phone call because I called in 2021 to notify them that I was in receipt of DLA and they never applied the additional carers elements.

I did ask for them to confirm with me . The work coach did say it was easier to phone me and explain than write it all on the journal.

Put a note on your journal asking for confirmation and a call from your work coach. As if you phone up you will just get a call handler that will say they don't really know how it works.
