DLA waiting times continue from thread 55

Sc 19/07 new claim just rang and was told
its been assigned to a case manager today and to
hang on in there not sure how true this is as we all know they tell us different each time but I will
Phone again next Friday and see what they say 🤞🤞

I will ring after see what they say about mine

Ring now because I just got threw and was only 4 minutes 😳 x

Yeah see what they tell you today I got told Monday to wait 20 weeks then another 5 weeks and it’s it’s with a case manager so shows how much they change their mind from one day to next

Rung and they told me they only put it with a case worker if the child is terminaly ill also there was no log on my claim about the three times I rung and had three different answers so basically they are saying we lie about what they tell us as they only got on my screen that they say ut takes upto.twenty weeks that was the last straw cant be asked now

He said that all new claims don't go to a decision maker till 20 weeks see more lies so like I said after next Friday I will be putting in a complaint

See how we go today not had any news yet 🤞🤞 tempted to ring but not gunna bother today

I’ve seen this before too regarding decisions not going to a DM until the deadline date but then how have some been awarded early even when there are no extenuating circumstances

Apparently mine is with a decision maker more lies again

They change their mind daily although it may have gone today we don’t know what’s the truth and not fingers crossed today for you 🤞🤞

@Ali200 someone on another post has been awarded from 06/08 have you heard anything? I’ve heard absolutely nothing thinking it’s a decline now I will await a letter and go froM there I won’t be calling x

Finally our turn, woke up this morning to money in our account, SD 26/07 middle rate care. I actually cried not going to lie. Works out middle rate care not sure how long for just got to wait for the letter now!
