No problem hun ☺️ ive tried to keep of fb past few days as although im super happy for eveyone who gets awarded as it will help them and their child/children soo much , it can make you feel more anxious or stressed seeing people after you be awarded. My Fingers are crossed for all of us who are still waiting 🤞🏻 congratulations to everyone who has been awarded and good luck to those who are still waiting 🤞🏻🥰

Would’ve been 18 weeks tomorrow, scan date 28/3 I was expecting to be rejected, I can’t believe I did it 🙌
No text/phone call/letter yet.
I think it’s LRC but I did play down her difficulties and meltdowns a lot as I didn’t realise what behaviours meltdowns cover and shes also had some massive meltdowns since Dad left the home 13 weeks ago 😢
Takes a bit of pressure off as I’m dropping my hours at work in order to do some volunteer work at a school so I can do a TA course 😊 I will show HIM 🤣
I think its very validating that the DWP believe me (with evidence) but her own father doesn’t 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ladies I just called, we've been awarded!!! Mrc and lrm until 2026 sd 2/4 17 weeks and 1 day, I'm sobbing my heart out!! Thank you everyone here for the support and the updates you have kept me sane for 3 months!!

Im 17weeks and 1day today also SD 02/04 , i phoned yesterday and was told my claim is with DM . your post has given me abit of hope that ill hopefully will hear soon. My fingers are crossed that ill be able to share some good news soon too 🤞🏻

Hi all, haven't posted since last Friday when I was told it was due to be passed to someone over last weekend. This morning awoke to back pay which appears to be HRC, he's 2, my scan date made me 17 plus 6 (I think, felt like 22 weeks lol) when it was received. Must have been awarded on Friday to come in this morning so hold out hope, even when you're told not yet that day!
Thanks for all your support on here, the posts have helped hugely in a really stressful wait time. Can't believe his nursery will get extra help such a relief!
Scan date was 28/03, called for forms on 19/03. Only evidence was copies of forms health visitor gave me to assess his development (there were three I think) and a statement from his auntie who is a nurse about his needs when she's had him to help me. I also wrote a sleep diary. I described his needs as fully as I could, I hope that helps some of you. I know it's hard writing the forms out, made me cry when I did mine. Thanks to everyone and anyone who has been awarded recently since I last posted congratulations, my internet is terrible so can't read back properly! xx

I'm coming up to week 12. My original scan date was 8/1.
The last 11 weeks have gone so fast and I've hardly thought about it but now it's on my mind all the time again

So I caved and rang for rates 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hrc, lrm until 2027, day before my sons 17th birthday 😭😭 wasn't expecting these rates at all and I'm overwhelmed that these past 5 years of fighting and getting what's right for my boy, from diagnoses to referrals to medications and therapies has been recognised and its going to make a huge difference to his life now. Not sure when back pay due as I didn't ask but as soon as it is I can start on the sensory corner for his bedroom and I can't wait to be able to give him somewhere to hopefully regulate and relax.

Scan date 03/04 pending 1716.60 in my account to go in tomorrow. Thankfully the wait is over but it’s not as much as I was expecting. My son should be on HRC and HRM. Another wait coming up with a MR. I’m on the phone to DLA now to find out exact rates x

Hi! I'm 28/3 too and haven't heard anything. Other than the two standard letters to say they had received it and the 15 weeks wait one. I too tried to call at 9:10am this morning but gave up. Hopefully you too will hear something soon x

My scan date was 28/03. I noticed the money went in Monday, and today I received the letter to say we were awarded Mrc and Lrm. I’m so happy as I applied a couple of years ago and we were denied, I never had the fight in me to fight the decision as suffer bad anxiety myself, so pleased my daughter is finally receiving what she deserves. This just proves don’t give up!

Hello ladies just a quick update….

DM rang me today at 4:56pm to ask me a couple questions over the phone that i missed on the form ( it was the Swiss questions i left blank ) my nerves hit the roof when she said she was from DLA however she was really lovely and said my son will be getting awarded and i can phone tomorrow morning to find out the rate ect as itll be on system .
so i will update tomorrow once ive phoned for rates.

@Jt234 try not to be disheartened. maybe your dm has been off sick or had to deal with an application that has information missing and it's held up the queue - you'll get the answers soon! i know it must be disheartening waiting x
