Hopefully. I'm going to get me brave up and ring again just don't no when lol. I go on holiday Friday till next Friday so don't want to be ringing while I'm there or really stressing over it. They say don't ring till 20 weeks but I've been reading these threads since number 43 and some waited longer than that and a poor woman waited months and only got low mobility but think hers was a special case so not worried about that one

I called again. SD 03/04. 15+5 today. Was told it’s not with a DM yet and in the holding queue to go to a DM. I was told previously I would hear the decision this week. I know we’re only on Monday but, with the amount of evidence I sent in, I’m very doubtful I’ll hear anything this week or even next week 😞

The wait is awful isn't it. I wouldn't get your hopes up as they taking 17+ weeks at the min I'm on week 18 today and still not been delt with 😳

It seems to have slowed down again and taking atleast 17 weeks.. hopefully yous are awarded soon and you can enjoy the summer with no worries 😊

I was told couple weeks ago was with dm next time I called wasn't with dm and be 20 weeks
Called Tuesday to be told top of dms plie then Friday still in que to go to dm 😡 17+3 weeks today

Can anyone help me here guys ive just got this letter on my journal im unsure what they mean are they going to backdate this from march or not 🙈

My sons had his support taking from him aswell in September he as autism and waiting for adhd assessment.. he had a 1on1 a sen plan didn't get ehcp plan as was still waiting to have meeting with senco teacher in school they don't like to rush.. I don't get how they get support one year but not the next.. I hope you get sorted as I won't be letting them pick and choose when my boy is allowed support and when he's not I've rang citizens advice got an appointment with them to discuss what I can do and who I need to contact

@Kayleigh32 How long once you told UC did you get the letter?

I put a complaint in another person on here has put the link on as i put i note in my journal on getting help how to do it all adding on the elements etc nothing no reply nothing so i done the complaint friday within 20mins had a reply saying everything had been added and just got the letter on my journal today, by that letter i werent sure by the way they worded it if they was backpaying it from march or not

I don’t see why they keep saying different things?! Surely it’s on their screen in front of them and they can just say how it is. It adds to worry and creates confusion! Very frustrating!

also anyone recently applied for carers allowance and know how long they take to process awards? When I applied online it stated 6 weeks but I think they could be fibbing 😅

Sorry didnt say how long it was it was over 2 weeks i hadnt heard anything from them thats why i complained an heard back straight away they said they will send it to decision maker and thats what ive got back today that letter not said how much back pay or what they are back paying im guessing its going to be said on my next statement next month now xx

Called today was told wait until 6th September if not heard anything call back! Woman was very abrupt and seemed annoyed i asked 🫣

Good morning everyone. I have woken to pack pay in my account of £3087.95. I’m going to assume my son has been awarded 😭 scan date 2nd April so 16 weeks today, must have been awarded last week. I will call today to find out what rate he has got but is anybody able to work it out for me? I can’t stop crying honestly

If it's going by 2nd April it looks like HRC & HRM. As £192 a week! but depends if you called up as claim would start then 😊 x
