Yeah that’s exactly what I thought hun you don’t want them lowering your care award or something just do the mobility side ,, & NOOO!! You’ve got to be joking I thought you well would of heard back by now I’d get straight back on to that journal and ask for a case manager to contact you that is a piss take xx

Just called up my extra info been received on Monday but no update on claim she said they’re still dealing with feb not upto March yet

I was told yesterday that my application which was 22/02 is only going to a decision maker on Friday 😞 just didn’t want you to get your hopes up like mine have been this week!

Sometimes they tell you and people get rewarded , so don't feel unhopeful. Tbh I'm looking at July i know won't be b4 that . I have a lot of stuff I'm waiting for and trying to be patient, I am waiting for my band to change for council housing sent all evidence in Jan , I'm waiting for DLA COC scan date 4/03, I'm waiting for a driving test date so I can pass and be more independent and take my children everywhere needed , we have a holiday coming up in July I need to call special assistance. Moral of the story , being patient is hard 😂 . And don't worry , definitely this month is your month xxx

Just called about my child's renewal.
Sent 22/02/24 due to end 26/06/24.
Marked as priority on Monday... decision made yesterday to keep the same rates until 2028.

Thank god that one's over!

Other child's new claim is 'still in a holding que' despite being told it was with a decision maker days ago.... scan date 26/02/2024.

Rang the 'fast way' for renewal answer (521).
The lady said she couldn't see the info besides a decision had been made and put me through to someone else.

They told me the award and end date. X

Trust me it won't be that long for you , fingers 🤞. Xxx

Hi ✨️ just called them. And used 512 option so straight to. After all the security questions lady is asking what's the reason of my call 🤦🏻‍♀️ She couldn't see any updates, not even the brief history of my calls or the reason of such a delay, so I needed briefly explain it myself. She then said she can transfer me to main department. Was on hold for a bit and the guy came back with information that it's with the decision maker so fingers crossed any time soon. E mail has been sent on 4th of June to chase this case up... so, pretty much similar outcome I have had before and unfortunately nothing happens. BUT one thing gives a bit hope without me asking he said Can I call them back on Friday as if decision will be done they will let me know by phone call 📞

Does anyone know if a call handler asking for bank details means claim is nearly done, Or is it just one of the security questions and im building my hopes up for nothing 😂

With my experience.. 30 weeks wait.. unfortunately security question...

lady on the phone was about as helpful as stone in a shoe.
just wont confirm if its with a dm
