Scan date 02/04 new claim, had 2 letters so far.

Oh no hope your son is ok. I’m 16/2, I called yesterday and was told it goes to dm at 15 weeks and then could take another 2 weeks, even though the week before he said it’s with new claims dm and I would get a text within the week. There is still 12/13/14/15 Feb waiting so I think I will call once those people have had there decision

Getting a bit worried now that everyone else's dates seem later. But I did send them an enormous package of additional evidence in it so perhaps it's just taking them a long time to read through it. Assuming they actually do that 🤷‍♀️

Yes, sometimes decision makers call from mobile numbers. Some work remotely so have a work mobile. Call dla at 9am and say you believe that you received a call from the decision maker

Good Morning all, I’ve had a letter to say that DLA have looked at my daughter’s DLA claim and decided that she is now not entitled to it. She was only awarded on April 29th. There’s no explanation and it feels like another knock

What????? What is the date of the letter? They cant award then take away few weeks later wtf 😮. Get calling and asking for team manager to call you or the d.m that make that decision 😡😤 dla just get better and better 😡

20/2 15 weeks 1 letter 1 text yesterday seems like 12-20 Feb with dms 🤞 I should of claimed a few years ago its taken till now to do it

@Justkeepsplashing I have so many questions running through my head now. Do you have to pay back the backpay, did you get payment last week? If so then why all sudden stop it. How can they not give a reason. They have to explain themself 😮. What rates were you awarded? How long was award? 🤦🏻‍♀️ my head is pacing for you and think its just put fear in new awards been done 😔 xx

Surely they can’t only award it for a month?! What has changed so drastically and why where they even re looking at it so soon?! 😡 the stress these people are causing is stupid!

Parking scan date 5/3/24

I’m absolutely shocked, I received the DLA lower rate on 28th and the back payment two days ago (after I submitted a complaint to the DWP).

Daughter was suicidal over the weekend, I’ve started a new job. It’s so stressful I honestly don’t know why I bother. I’m on the phone now, waiting to speak to them.

I’m looking at the letter and there’s no explanation; it appears to be a generic refusal letter.
