Think you need to ring up again tbh. I've had Kim and Francis and both have been really good, but Mohammed or whatever his name is was less than helpful.
I've seen a few from January as well. I suppose it depends on what type of claim it is, if you have a NINo and who's desk you land on and what their workload is. I think Mo just tells everyone that to stop people calling up but he needs to look how many times you've called and eho you last spoke to tlto see what he needs to say to get his story straight first before blurting out 20+ wks lol x

Apparently we have a decision but they wouldn’t tell me over the phone what that was 😡🤯

rang today to see if extra evidence has arrived, she gave me a speech on how they are working on post from the 19th of March so no point checking, I insisted and wanted an update on my case, she checked and it had already been scanned on to my case! Still in pile to go to DM but said I need to take into account they aren’t working over the bank holiday and didn’t work for a week over Christmas 😴 so said I’m still looking at a few more weeks!

Scan date 8/12 was told today is with a DM. I sent extra evidence my sins ehcp plan on Friday signed for , but they saying not been scanned onto case . How long does it take . Hopefully they see it before they make a decision 😔

I sent my evidence next day signed for on monday and it had been scanned on when i called today so i should think it will be on in time

Ring back and ask them to read the letter out to you they have to

@LancsMcG yep just a back dated payment today so the decision should of been made Friday, just judging by the time it took last time for a payment to be made. Good luck for yours!

Just spoke to someone else who’s said it’s not been looked at and isn’t with a decision maker yet ? I’ve been told it’s been with a decision maker for weeks now and had been told a decision had been made urghhhh why is this so stressful

Don’t think he even looked though because he just went by weeks instead of actually looking

They deffo on crack or summit in that call centre honestly they mess everyone around and say anything to get off the phone x

It’s so annoying because now I have no idea if we’ve actually been awarded or not. Could have really done with the extra money as we have multiple hospital apps coming up and parking is extortionate

I no exactly how u feel and it’s also been stuck in limbo if it’s declined then it’s another 3 month wait for a mr it’s a joke they don’t realise how much stress we are under as parents to fight for our kids x

It shouldn’t be declined hopefully as it’s medical with him having a peg and fed 3hourly day and night. Plus aspiration on foods and fluids so completely nil by mouth. If it gets declined I’ll be flabbergasted

My niece got hrc for peg feeding she had to have hers inserted in the rvi don’t take no less you do night care so ur little one is entitled to high rate it’s just a joke having to wait this long when there is equipment and hospital trips etc you need the funds for have u applied for a family fund grant they are fast and can help with a lot x

Hello I’ve been watching these threads for a little while. Seeing everyone around the same scan date as me 5/12 being awarded and I’m super anxious. I phoned yesterday and was just told it was with a dm and I will receive a text, but reading everyone else’s comments I’m not to sure that I will 😅
