Called up today scan date 23rd November they said it's in the holding pile whatever that is

Latest it will be done is 11th of April

Posted mine few weeks ago. No message saying its been scanned on applied for my 14 year old sent the ot report as diagnosed severe dysbraxia

Yes. 1/12/23 was our scan date.

How long does extra evidence take? Scan date 5/12 and sent some today so hope it gets there in time

Congrats to all awarded today! @STEPH691 what did UC say when you called them today? I’ve updated details and it’s been acknowledged but I haven’t received that letter yet that says “special circumstances apply” dreaded wait begins yet again 😩😩 xxx

Can someone who has similar let me know what they get or what I am looking at

autistic 11 year old- personal cares take forever to prompt / assist due to meltdowns- he’s in school one hour three days a week only and I have to stay with him , he won’t go out alone. Has no awareness of safety etc bad anxiety , sleep is very poor - up till the crack of dawn , diagnosis report (got today) suggests melatonin xxxxxx

Does being on prescription for melatonin show as evidence for night time needs?
I read on a really old Dla forum that they won’t consider nighttime needs into account if the child/young person has melatonin? Do you think this is true or just aload of sh**e xxx

@SkittleFox she said she would send it to a case manager. But didn’t even sound like she was typing. Yeah looks like another long wait ahead 😭😭

@Sloulou20 sounds very similar to my youngest and I got HRC LRM. He has seperation anxiety and if I even move room he melts down. We have to use sand timers for every single transition so it takes alot to just to get him from say, eating to getting changed. We had plenty of evidence to back this up from school xx
