When I called on Tuesday my claim was with a DM but I've sent no evidence in, so now I'm wondering why it's taking so long because what can they be checking? Would they ring speech and language or audiology? As that's the only appointments he's had so far. My son's waiting to be seen by a paediatrician and occupational therapist but there's no appointments yet, etc. I feel like if they can't check anything then it's more than likely going to be declined, but why wait so long to say 😩 do you get a text saying if it's declined?
