Hi all,
Just following on from the previous thread - apologies if anyone else has already started one.
Sent our renewal claim in, scan date middle of May.
Phoned on Thursday and was told that our claim had been renewed on 18 August, awarded the same as previous - HRC and LRM. Such a relief for it to be all sorted out.

On hold again. Don't care if I pee them off now lol x

Oilytoe90 · 23/09/2022 10:41

Just git off the phone. Yesterday I was told it wasn't allocated and would take another week or 2. Today the lady has told me that it's marked to be done over the weekend 🙂👌

I rang up today (our scan date is 18.7) spoke to a lovely lady. She said :

They are currently working on the end of June. Ours should be through in 3 weeks

They receive 30,000 applications per a week!!!

If the call handler hasn't checked their emails it could why people are being told different dates and weeks

* only repeating what I was told*

Roxmum14 · 28/09/2022 13:45

*update!
So I rang them (40 minute wait) and they said to ring back in 10 days as the form was still in Wolverhampton and hadn't been scanned through yet. Anyone else sent of their forms in the last week or so?
