DLA wait times August 2022

Hi all,
Just following on from the previous thread - apologies if anyone else has already started one.
Sent our renewal claim in, scan date middle of May.
Phoned on Thursday and was told that our claim had been renewed on 18 August, awarded the same as previous - HRC and LRM. Such a relief for it to be all sorted out.

Mines 13 weeks on Wednesday. Tbh I don’t dare ring! Get told false info all time! If I ring it will be this afternoon. Keep us updated if u ring today and ask the day they working on I was told the 9th for nearly 14 days 🤦🏽‍♀️. Two others told me last week was upto the 16th but I’ve heard nothing x

There was someone who had a decision and scan date was 30th

We're waiting for a decision from the 16th June too. Last week the man on the phone said they were working up to the 14th. I was told last week that if I haven't heard by Friday, to call again.

That's wrong because they've said to multiple people that they were working up to 16th last week x

They lie. A few with my scan date was awarded Friday x

There's been a few people that have called on a Monday to be told another 2 weeks and then ended up with a decision the next day 🤷‍♀️ just don't get it lol x

I think it’s who you get on phone some are you lazy to check where the form is and just tell you to wait longer X

I been told it was with a case manager but still no descion as yet

They said it shouldn't be much long They didn't tell me how long it been with them for infact she was rude on the phone told me thry can't say what date they working from

That’s a lie 🤣 says they can tell you the date! How vile are some people xx
