Last year it was 21600 for the whole year (gross) kids are 9 & 11 and private rent at 750 - it's extortionate but the cheapest in the area by 100 quid

UC uses net income so how much is that? As you private rent you are limited to the LHA so I would need to know that (or your LA so I can look it up).

Hi guys, quick update, I know every case is different, and different DMs decide differently etc. However some of you after speaking had circumstances/child(ren) very similar to my own. And I was awarded high rate disability and low rate mobility (as I understand that's medium as there is no low rate??) So I'm hoping, fingers crossed, that this is the case for you guys who had similar cases to me (I cant remember who you were!!) And of course good luck to everyone else too!!!

@Mamto2boys thank you I'm really hoping so, I think my daughter deserves HRC due to her night time needs, however I will be grateful for anything at this point! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

Personally, I feel the same, not just because of his behaviour/danger tendencies but also for the sleep apnoea side of it too...But I am grateful for the outcome I've gotten as I know some have to fight their case! So I'm not going to challenge it in any way.. I'm done with the anxiety this whole things given me 😅😅

@Mamto2boys exactly and I'm happy when people don't have to fight for what they deserve, you read some posts and think to yourself how the hell have they not got HRC? 😳 you wonder sometimes if they read things thoroughly/if they try for LRC/MRC at first and see if you challenge it 🤔 I'm hoping and preying I hear something tomorrow 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Yes, potentially. I don't know if I'd challenge or not. It would depend on whether it was a decline or just less than I think he should get (MRC / LRM). I'll definitely challenge a decline.

Hey guys, so yesterday I rang up to ask about my decision, and they told me what I'd be getting etc and that my first payment would be today, I've checked and nothing os in there and nothing pending either... should I be worried? When I called up and they asked for my sort code and last 4 digits of my account number as part of security questions, it was all fine and correct? But I was told I had a payment due today and I haven't anything... worried I've written somehow the wrong bank details

I wouldn't worry too much, when did you get awarded was it yesterday? Or the day before? It's 3-5 days for it to reach your bank so I wouldn't worry too much yet 😊

I was awarded on Saturday, I rang yesterday to ask about it (I just really couldn't believe it I guess ahah) and he told me I was due a payment today.. now I'm worried I've done something wrong on the form

@Mamto2boys well done on your award. If it was only done Saturday I wouldn't be worrying, it takes 3-5 working days so I'm guessing Thursday or Friday at the latest

Thank you, and yes, this is what I'm hoping! But the bloke yesterday threw me off when he said it would reach my account today, so obviously when I've checked and nothing been put in, I've had a mini panic on

Somebody on the Facebook group was called yesterday to check their bank details as they were wrong. I'm sure yours will appear soon, @Mamto2boys. If your bank is slow at processing, it can take longer.

@Mamto2boys I was awarded on a Saturday and got the payment on the Wednesday so I think you’ll get payment tomorrow or Thursday.

I was awarded last Thursday and told it would be next day - I took it with a pinch of salt tbh. It didn't show as pending in my bank until yesterday and has gone in today. 3-5 working days is usual

I know it’s wishful thinking but has anyone heard back from end of April beginning of May? I’m 3rd of May x

I have just called on my coc wan date 1st March they are working on the 22nd February so she said a couple more weeks now! 😫😫

My OH just convinced me not to call!
We have the whole household down with some flu/cold thing so the days are going a little slower!
