Yes but you need to know the rate and the date they've awarded it from etc xx

Ems1991 · 13/09/2021 10:05

Hello, I sent my sons renewal off in may which they received on the 28th. He’s claim runs out on the 2nd. I called them today for an update and she told me it will hopefully be done the week it’s due to run out. Hopefully we are not waiting much longer x
Ems1991 · 13/09/2021 10:38

I sent my claim on the 14th July so I was 9 weeks roughly @munmyof3boz @Princess23 you should definitely check mines was with the decision make on Friday afternoon xx

Ems1991 · 13/09/2021 10:41

And thank you I've been awarded more than I thought didn't expect the mobility at i got it I have 3 daughters and I've felt a bit trapped as getting out is hard going all im so happy 😊 xxx

Twin93 · 13/09/2021 10:46

Its rather frustrating the wait when we have sent the forms off with plenty of time but its being left til the last minute hopefully we both hear soon so I've got around 3 weeks left

Hannm123 · 13/09/2021 10:54

Hi mines 7 weeks this weeks ..I’ve not heard anything yet but going to ring up next week if I’ve not had a Tx or anything ..mine was scanned on system on the 29th july .new claim x

Ems1991 · 13/09/2021 11:01

@twin93 I have seen on the conversation about renewals there some been done a week before it's due to run out I feel for use honestly xx@hanm123 it's taken from what I can see 8 to 9 weeks hopefully use will all hear soon the wait is awful xx

Hannm123 · 13/09/2021 11:16

Yes .. @Twin93 thats what I thought ..they did say to me that I would be looking at the end of September and by the looks of it on here they’re really busy xx

Mummyof3boz · 13/09/2021 11:19

@Ems1991 thanks for ur reply and yeah think and give it to mid week and then give them a ring.x

Ems1991 · 13/09/2021 11:22

I just called once a week then after the 8 weeks I'm going to be honest I call nearly everyday 😂 I became really impatient and worried at that time but definitely paid off xx

Mummyof3boz · 13/09/2021 11:40

@Ems1991🤣 I feel the same tbh and holding myself back in phoning incase I don’t like wot they have to say lol It’s all new to me and the forms itself were draining I would hate to have to go through it all again.. xx

Ems1991 · 13/09/2021 11:55

I was the exact same but after 8 weeks give them a call as that's when your likely to get somewhere xx

Edsgirl · 13/09/2021 12:03

@Ems1991, chuffed for u chick, that's great news. X

Ems1991 · 13/09/2021 12:07

@edgirls thank you have you check yours you where the day before me ? Xx

Sarantfc · 13/09/2021 12:37

They received mine on the 21st July so should hear back this week, couldn’t send much info due to not having any yet as waiting for appointments with paediatrician, CDC etc, his nursery SENCO filled in her bit and sent off his targets and plans.

So anxious with waiting. My DS constantly needs watching, suspected ASD, we even need locks over the cooker knobs as he tried to turn on the gas.Sad Hope you all get the entitlement you deserve
