Hope weigh in was ok @siblingrevelryagain

I’ve had a tricky couple of days, utterly syn free food but oh my god Sunny days mess with my alcohol consumption 🤦🏼

however today is a new day.

b: just a cup of tea!
l: some sort of egg and bean combo I think
d: chilli with rice and greens

A: will be lots of tea and cheese with chilli
B: will be hifi bars

I WILL NOT DRINK ALL OF THE WINE

siblingrevelryagain · 18/06/2022 19:00

Only half a pound off, so I’m very disappointed but not giving up yet. I’ve stuck to it religiously and done all the right things so I’m going to give it another 2/3 weeks to see if it’s an anomaly/menopause/heavy jeans!

difficult not to feel despondent but the lack of headaches/migraines from too much sugar is worth it alone, and at worst if I can lose half a week, it will take me a year to lose 2st 🤷🏻‍♀️

siblingrevelryagain · 18/06/2022 19:13

Today was;

aubergine and potato curry

I gave my head a wobble today.

so cross with myself.

I don’t know why I keep sabotaging myself. I absolutely love losing weight and being slimmer but I just keep letting myself down..

today….
no breakfast
lunch….couscous with fresh spinach, chicken, hummus (2) cucumber
dinner…..spaghetti with chicken, mushrooms, peas….a little olive oil (2)
40g cereal, blueberries and raspberries, yoghurt (1)

I need to stop rewarding myself with food.

AmISpeakingAnotherLanguage · 21/06/2022 07:24

@GorgonzolaSouffle I’ve just had that exact wobble. I felt great last week, and as the days have gone by sabotaged myself more and more.

0.5lb loss. What a waste. Need to sort myself out now!

I thought crumpets were only 2 -2.5 but maybe wishful thinking!
