6 stone to lose. Help!

Hi everyone,
Just looking for encouragement and support. Starting a new group tomorrow. 10 years ago I had a successful stint and lost 3 stone in 6 months. Had lots of unsuccessful goes since then but I really have to make it work this time. Got foot surgery coming up so it's a medical requirement as much as for confidence and general health.
I would just love to "chew the fat" ...😂 Ha ha, not literally!!!... with other new starters.

@LightandAiry It's funnier if you don't have to see it and the sh*t she posts daily. Uninspiring is not the word . I don't have strong feelings about the title. I don't like the word syns, as I don't think that's how we should see food, but realise SW have gone that way. I still want to call them points, as a refugee from the opposition W Watchers. Will go with the flow. Nowt worse than someone criticising without an alternative solution!

I remember an ad from WW and there was a dig "no food is a sin" I think you said earlier SpongeBobJudgeyPants (sorry rubbish memory) why did you switch?

Suits me @LightandAiry, I don't like "syns" either. (Actually I like eating them too much!)

Because despite a Fat Gold Member, I am too fat to weigh for free, and was offered the free 12 weeks on the NHS. I summised that if I got a chunk off for 'free', I would feel better about paying for it later. SW seems to have gone more flexible recently. At one time I believed that WW was the better system, I don't think that way now, and even years ago WW was about a pound a week more, so goodness knows what it is now! Yes, that title will do fine for me.

OK I'll sort out a new thread in a bit. I am busy chucking out past its best Weetabix and off to Sainsbury's to put box of chocolate biscuits in food bank box I do lead an exciting life...

Hi everyone! Well, had the foot surgery in early January and only just mobile and driving again so faced the music. Was 1lb down since November!! 😂
How's everyone getting on? Hope well.
My sister started SW 10 weeks ago... And has lost 3 stone! I kid you not!
I joined her (much more vibrant and motivating) group last Saturday so hopefully working towards first loss.
Still 6 stone to go!
