I know, I know, you're right, but I have been weighing every day for years. I think it's good to keep me honest. I'm also about to have my period.

today just goes to show you might think you've been good, but you haven't.

Just gone and bought radicchio, cucumber and yellow tomatoes so I can have a nice salad before my pasta bake and hopefully avoid the chocolate.

Tiger do you notice how long it takes to loose a temp weight gain? I imagine its diff for everyone but if my weight jumps up after a big off plan day then it usually takes 2 days for it to drop down (for me anyway).

Today's meals:

Breakfast was in the go, alpen (1/2 hea) and apple.

Lunch was omlette with red onion, mushrooms and cheese (hea) followed by a banana.

Tea was meatballs (1 syn) in sauce I made and butternut squash ribbons.

Snacks was marmite cheese (4 syns), kvarg white choc yog (1/2 syn) with choc shot (1/2 syn) on top and a large seafood stick.

Not getting weighed tomorrow at group having a break but will weigh at home and report any loss / gains/ maintains.

D.....turkey mince bolognaise with spaghetti and green beans

B- bran flakes and milk
L- left over pasta bolognese
D- baked potato and chilli (working today so in slow cooker and 5 syns for jar sauce)
Snack - fruit and hifi 3 syns

@fivenights that's a good question and yes it depends. I always weigh 5lbs heavier after a chinese meal - that generally goes in 2 days. Sometimes the jump is because I've been eating too much and then it takes longer. Not good for wi tomorrow!

I had a bad evening with the dogs yesterday and only got 5 hrs sleep and I was very bad this afternoon

B - cinnamon omelette (2 syn)
L - pasta bake (hea) and salad

S - FIVE OR SIX M&S chocolate biscuits. Probably like 24 syns. I was in a 3 hour meeting from hell and falling asleep and wanted to stab the man who had called it and kept banging on but ate chocolate biscuits instead. I have no excuse. Just had 30g peanuts (heb). Desperately want a gin. Not having one.

D - still undecided. Too tired to cook what I'd planned so going to see what we have in freezer. Have bravely resisted pizza.

Sorry you've had a bad day Tiger. Least it's a fresh start from tomorrow!
I weighed myself but as I had to move my scales for Christmas tree I weighed different every time so I've know idea! Found a new semi permanent place and I weigh 8st9.5 there so at least next week I'll know!

Breakfast was omlette with smoked salmon and primula light cheese inside (3/4 hea). Follwed by a piece of home made lemon drizzle I got given (counted 15 syns but it was only small so prob not that much)

Lunch was a chicken skewer my eldest made at school 1.5 syns as it had honey in the glaze.

Tea was stir fry all free.

Snacks - cucumber, cherry tomatoes, rest of hea of primula, marmite cheese (4 syns), satsuma, alpen light (1/2 heb) and 20g dates (1/2 heb). Ending on 20.5 syns today.

Pooches are fine. Little doggo is on steroids and can't stop eating. He got a bag of flour off the counter which got spread across the sitting room and licked which turned it into a paste stuck to the carpet...made up for it though as the little doggo came and cuddled me all night which he hasn't done for a couple of weeks.

D - Diet Coke chicken out the freezer with rice and salad snacks - prob 1/2 hifis with coffee and fruit

L - probably a sandwich as meeting a friend in a coffee shop. Might try and hang on and eat later. At least an oatmilk coffee (6syns)
D - cauliflower soup

S - already had 2 oatmilk cappucinos which is my HEA for the day. They are so good though!

Well done tropp and happy birthday!!
I got a new airwalker and resistance bands yesterday so I've been doing lots of exercise along side hooping and I'm feeling great! Trying to up my food with burning more off too.

Today's food plan.

Linda McCartney veg sausage(1), mushrooms and brown sauce (1/2) Kingsmill wm sandwhich thin (heb).

Dinner - aldi duck sushi (1), salmon taster sushi (counting 1/2) and a satsuma.

Tea - sw braised steak and root veg mash ready meal (never tried it before) going to add sugar snap peas.

Snacks - curly curly (6), not sure what else prob fruit and maybe cheese (love cheese)

Had a lovely day. Went shopping, got my nails done, had a nap, had a bath in the afternoon and then been out for food at my favourite Lebanese with all the family.

Hope everyone has had a good daySmile
